I think I found a place where I can feel comfortable in ideal dental for someone who hasn't been to the dentist in a decade; they really made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything rather informed Nicole was a breath of fresh air she was funny which eased my anxiety the Doctor was very straight forward but not in a way were I felt bad or sad I did not get her name or I did but can't recall I will 100% be coming back to this facility to improve my smile
I have never gone to a dental office and left feeling like we're all friends, until this place. If you're looking for a dentist that actually cares and has the skillset to help, this office is amazing. I have been to many dental offices where it seems they exchange pleasantries with convincing you to do more services with them and have lost a lot of money and peace of mind. But from the last minute phone call I made to the end of my first visit I could tell they just wanted to help. And that is rare to find. I may have came to them for an emergency but I think I finally found my home dental office- one that cares.
I love my dentist and the entire staff at this Ideal Dental! Clear pricing structure, clearly defined treatment plans, and a whole lot of awesome smiles every time I am there. 10/10 all around!
Dr. Hifeda was tremendous, and as a person who’s had many bad experiences with dental work, she was great—she communicated what she would do before she did it. I felt like she cared and that she loved her job. It was great to have such a caring doctor. My only complaint is filling out the PatientConnect365 forms. My goodness! I had to put the same information over and over and over and over again.
Dr. Voissem and his staff are amazing. They are very respectful. I got a cleaning done the first time I went and it went very well. They took X-rays on my teeth and Dr. Voissem sat down and explained everything and what we needed to do in the future. Second visit I went in for fillings. I was a little skeptical but they said it’s nothing too major and it won’t take long. They did my fillings within 30-40 minutes absolutely painless. Everything went well. Overall, the Doctor and staff are super sweet, welcoming and respectful.
I love the staff Friendly with a lot of knowledge my Dental Assistant Christy is Awesome!!! Environment is laid back and calm.
My Periodontist and her DA's were so sweet, and made the whole process feel less daunting. The front office staff is very friendly as well too!

I'm terrified of all dentists, and have severe anxiety attacks any time I have to go. This time was different! The dentist and staff were extremely nice, patient, understanding and easily put me at ease! I'll never go to another dentist but them again! Very highly recommend to everyone!!
