Loved my experience at Ideal Dental Basswood. I'm a stay-at-home mom and had to bring my 10mo son to my dental checkup with me. I was hoping he would nap the whole time, but he woke up when we arrived and was fussy when I had to have the x-rays done. The workers were so patient and accommodating and helped rock him in his car seat while they worked on me. They even gave him a little toy! Everyone was so friendly and understanding and still very professional. So glad to have found a great dental office to stick with!
Im so happy with my dentist. They give me a comprehensive dental plan and are very understanding. I've had bad experience with other dentists that made me weary of going to the dentist. But ideal dental has made me comfortable going to the dentist again.
This was my first time visiting and was recommended by my insurance.. I felt like a VIP from when I walked in to the time I left.. All my questions and concerns was answered and they took their time to make me feel very comfortable with explaining a good treatment plan for me.
Cami was instrumental in setting up the appointment. Dr. Almassi and Veronica were a great team, that worked efficiently into the evening hours. Things were running behind, but they stayed with it, without complaining. Great work ethic.
