I went in for my first cleaning in more than a decade. The office clerk was very helpful in scheduling my appointment, and during the visit, she was thorough about what I would be billed for and what my insurance covered. Dr. Montoya and Brandon performed the deep cleaning, and both seemed very knowledgeable about their practice. EVERYONE I encountered were friendly, positive, encouraging, and non-judgemental, which was something I was particularly worried about, having not seen a dentist in so long. After my first visit, I’m actually looking forward to getting back to good with my dental health, instead of dreading it.

I always thought that all dentists were judgy and cold and that visits would always suck. Not here. They’re so sweet and casual and normal that it almost makes you look forward to going to see them! They aren’t judgmental, get straight to the point of what needs to be done and make sure you’re comfortable along the way. I’d recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Friendly service, and knowledgeable dentists. I arrived early for my appointment, so there was some waiting in the comfortable lobby. Reception was superb and upbeat. They really make you feel at ease at this location. If you are antsy about going to a dentist, give this place a try. From the dental assistants to the specialists, this place was impressive. Very professional, they take time to understand any concerns. The communication system is great via text and e-mail. Deanna and her staff were great, which is unusual with many dentist experiences I have had. Definitely would highly recommend. My wife and daughter also go here, so I finally made the change and glad that I did.

Everyone was so kind and considerate.
Each person I met on their staff treated me like an old friend. The Dentist was very honest and didn’t push any unnecessary treatment s or repairs. They asked me what I wanted to get out of my visit with them. They accommodated my need to get what I chose to have done quickly and efficiently. They even worked with me on a payment plan that worked for my budget!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IDEAL DENTAL!

I was in tremendous pain and needed a root canal ..after calling multiple dentist around none of them had any availability. I called Ideal Dental and the lady I spoke with was very nice and told me to come in so they can help. When I got to the dentist office the staff is super friendly and made sure I was well taken care of. When the actual root canal started I was nervous and expecting to feel the worse, but to my surprise they did it so fast and professionally that I didn’t realize it was done. I was shocked because it was a very fast process with little to no pain.. I highly recommend Ideal Dental for any kind of dental work.. thank you again to the staff for helping me get rid of my pain and thanks for being extremely helpful and nice.

Today was my first visit to Ideal Dental Castle Hills. I walked in to a warm greeting and the staff from my entrance to exit were great! The dentist took time to explain my options and benefits to me and didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary products. I appreciated that! Such great bed side manner. Dr Ayyash did such a thorough job at explaining my situation and provided multiple options as far as my treatment plan. It was so refreshing to see a dentist who did not bully me into a litany of services I don’t need. She was kind, gentle, and very educational. Moving from another state I was very hesitant to see a new dentist but her and her staff really took a lot of the anxiety away. She even did my cleaning which saved so much time instead of having to wait for a hygienist. Can’t recommend enough!

I can’t say enough great things about the Castle Hills office. Dr. Ayyash is amazing and is very thorough with her work. I also barely felt the anesthesia shots! The office is so friendly and accommodating. It was especially convenient to get a Saturday appointment and I got everything done in one day! I highly recommend coming here.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ayyash and her staff. As someone who had avoided the dentist for over 20 years they where there when I desperately needed one. They where able to get me in unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon and took amazing care of me. Tiana, the receptionist, is the most amazing person you will ever meet! Brandon, the dental assistant was very gentle, thorough, and personable. Then Dr. Ayyash took her time to listen to my problems and concerns. She explained everything that I needed done in depth in a way I could understand and was able to work me in and get me out of a lot of pain. I will definitely be back!!

First, Tiana, the Receptionist, is very personable! She makes you feel like you’re talking to an old friend from the first time you meet her. Second, Brandon, my Dental Tech, is incredibly gentle! His personality is like my son’s. He makes me feel like family when I’m there. Last but not least, Dr. Ayyash is amazing! I believe the staff is a reflection of her because it starts from the top! She recommends exactly what you need and has never overcharged us. I know because she was a second opinion for my mother’s dental needs. After meeting her, I transferred my dental care to her as well because I didn’t need to look any further. I highly recommend Ideal Dental Castle Hills!

I can’t say enough how great and professional everyone in the building was. From the friendly women at the front desk, the wonderful doctor, to the amazingly patient woman assisting the doc. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but I recommend everyone use this office. They handle you with care! The pain that I was in was unbelievable and Dr Ayyash helped me immediately.
