I was skeptical at 1 st like any new place. I had cavity and they fit me in same day.
I never expected that ! but im so glad I started feel hopeful about my situation and mouth issuse. I wouldn’t be able wait much longer to fix , or coulda wrosen ,I love options and payment plans without those I wouldn’t of been able fix my teethonly complain is the whole process toke almost 4 hours i wish they would engaged better on one person at time instead hoping around toke most my

I like this dentist office. I’ve always got ahold of someone when I call, and they always have options for my appointments that do not mess with my work schedule too much. They’ve always been up front and so far, haven’t had any surprise bills. The staff has consistently been friendly.

I’ve had a lot of dental work due to various mishaps and generally have rarely if ever had a pleasant experience. Well that changed today. Went in with severe pain thinking my crown was loose as I had no swelling. Got there and it was found I had an abscess which immediately rolled into a root canal. Joy… I’m bad with names but everyone in the place were delightful to say the least! Also, the dentist was a rock star dealing with all my neck and jaw issues. Completed the work without a single nick!!! Then after the facts hey had trouble with my pharmacy. However Sara called multiple times, left messages and finally got me my prescriptions. She also called back to check on me to insure the pharmacy got the correct information. This all around was an excellent experience! Thank you all.

I have remained an ongoing patient with this practice primarily because of James Cho, the hygienist! He is professional, honest, incredibly skilled, and very pleasant. He communicates throughout the process and most importantly, cleanings are quick and painless!

I was greeted by very beautiful ladies, and it was a pleasant experience. I was given an ipad to fill out my data, and when it was time to get checked out I was taken to my area for thorough ex rays of my teeth and went over everything with me that needed to be done. Then on the check out process, Sarah, did an excellent job going over the costs of what needed to be done to my mouth and teeth. I would highly recommend this dental place.

My kids have been going here for years. I had to change dentist, so I gave Ideal a try. Great Great experience. From scheduling the appointments. Front desk were awesome (Sara) made my appointments talk to me explained everything went over insurance and prices very pleasant. Dr. Emma very nice talked to me explained and got my cleaning done. Most of the hygienist(James) was super comforting very detailed explained as he went along made me super comfortable I hate going to the dentist and he made it a very peaceful comforting experience. Definitely a great experience and will be here for now on. THANK YOU ALL…..See you all Friday for my 3 kids appointments all in one day AWESOME!!!

I experienced top-notch care with Ideal Dental. They thoroughly and accurately explained the best course of action for removing my tooth, and everyone from the Oral Surgery Coordinator, the Oral Surgeon, the team that assisted with the surgery to the team member that walked me in the building were friendly, patient and professional. I was with the same Dentist for over 20 years and decided to make a switch in 2021. I am impressed with the level and quality of care I received with Ideal Dental and will recommend them moving forward.

One of the best offices around! I had such a different perception of larger companies until I actually came in for a cleaning. The staff is warm and welcoming. They never make it feel like business, but more of a memorable time. The team all strive to provide the best care and are clearly succeeding at it. I’m some one who is terrified on needles and or doctors, but this place was a piece of cake. It’s always a good time.

I had really bad tooth ach. I found Brush32 close to where I live and open on Saturdays. When I scheduled my appointment they were very helpful and friendly. When I went in the next day I saw Dr. Dang, she is so nice and awesome. She examined me and stated I needed a Root Canal and a Crown. She was booked for the rest of the day but, she still did my procedure, I didn’t mind if it had taken all day I understood that she was very busy. She was also considerate about my feelings and pain. She asked if I minded if she went back forth with me and other patients she had to see. I did not mind at all. The procedure really did not take too long even though she was back and forth. I love the atmosphere of the facility and the staff, I will continue to go back.

A truly excellent dentist’s office! Very kind and friendly staff, but there’s one hygienist who stands out in particular. James literally cleans your teeth better and more gently than anyone else I’ve ever seen, to the point where my wife and I honestly don’t want anyone else to clean our teeth. He explains every step of the process as it happens, he lets you know when you can close your mouth a bit to prevent strain, and he even adjusts the seat height throughout the cleaning to get every spot from the best angle possible. He also doesn’t ask you questions you can’t answer because hands are in your mouth.
Seriously, he’s so good he makes you wonder why you were ever okay with any other dental hygienist. He is clearly a master at his craft.
