Going to the dentist is never fun. However, everyone at Ideal Dental made it better. The receptionist is extremely polite and kind. She keeps her promise on callbacks, and she does her best to fit my schedule. She is a fantastic first contact with excellent customer service. Both the dentist and the dental assistant were extremely polite. They made sure I was comfortable through the procedure, and explained everything as they were doing. And I've had no issues with the work that has been done. I highly recommend.

I was skeptical at 1 st like any new place. I had cavity and they fit me in same day. I never expected that ! but im so glad I started feel hopeful about my situation and mouth issuse. I wouldn't be able wait much longer to fix , or coulda wrosen ,I love options and payment plans without those I wouldn't of been able fix my teeth only complain is the whole process toke almost 4 hours i wish they would engaged better on one person at time instead hoping around toke most my whole work day away

I like this dentist office. I've always got ahold of someone when I call, and they always have options for my appointments that do not mess with my work schedule too much. They've always been up front and so far, haven't had any surprise bills. The staff has consistently been friendly.
Love Dr. Parekh. I have a nerve condition in my face and she has been so accommodating. The staff is wonderful and always quick. I will stay with this group as long as possible.
