Took my son in for exam for wisdom teeth. They went ahead and fit him in for a cleaning as well. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. There was no wait time in the waiting room and once in the chair the wait for the Dr. was minimal. Very informative Dentist and staff.

The service was excellent. The ability to be informed about the copay or what I am responsible needs improvement. There needs to be a way to find the out of pocket cost for every procedure before it happens to allow the consumer to decide the financial cost verses receiving a bill owed.

We really like Dr. Oei and the whole staff at the Cibolo Ideal Dental! We have been to many dentists and we really enjoy this office. My child who has had traumatic dental experiences really likes this Doctor and staff. The Doctor even called the next day after filling some cavities! Wonderful!

I went to the dentist to get a root canal and a temporary crown. By the time I got home my temporary crown fell off. The clinic was closed a d wouldn’t open until Monday. Fortunately, Ideal Dental Cibolo was open and I was able to get my temporary put back on with no issues. The staff was very friendly and the dentist and technician took me in right away.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
They recently adopted black as the color for their work clothes. When I first encountered the receptionists in their new color I wondered if someone had died. I like black but I’m not sure it’s the best choice. -

Always doing a great job. Dr Lee and the staff. All the Doctors at Ideal Dental in Cibolo are great. Dr Lee fixed a crown ? that was messed up from another dentist. The tooth was hurting for weeks and ever since he fixed it I haven’t had any problems or pain. He is like a wizard. Thank you all!

The Ideal Dental in Cibolo are professional and patient staff. We I first visited there, the environment is welcoming and friendly. I had a pain in my mouth after a visit at a near by dental office, I was refer to the Cibolo office.
