First and foremost, I was the girl who HATED the dentist. As sad as this may sound, I haven’t had work done in 7+ years. I have had the most terrible time with offices/dentists these past years which prevented me from doing so.
Recently in December 2023, I came across Ideal Dental and have had work done :). Ideal Dental Clifford Crossing is who broke my fear of the dentist. The services from the dentist and assistants has been by far the most respectful and patient office I have came across. Their hospitality and services are unmatched! I FINALLY found a dental office who cares about their patients! I will continue to visit and no longer have the major fear/anxiety that I have had since I could remember.

Excellent service. They actually listened to my issue and gave me options to fix my broken tooth. I was in so much pain and now because of the doctor and staff at this office I finally have some relief. The team was kind, efficient and thorough diagnosing my problem quickly. They did a root canal and now I’m in a temporary cap. The doctor even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I have more work that needs to be done and I will definitely be back here. Don’t hesitate to come here. They really do their best to make you comfortable.

This morning I chipped my tooth snd called Ideal Dental around 8:20am hoping they could see me. I was a first time patient and REALLY appreciated them fitting me in the same day. My new dentist took the time to explain to me the process and procedures necessary to fix my tooth and I was in and out in an hour.
