Loved this place! Let me mention that I travel internationally. I once had to get emergency dental work done in Singapore. I am just seeing the tech they had 15 years ago in Singapore being used here in the states. These guys had it, plus they had more! The staff is very professional here. They explain everything very well. I had not told them I had been given evaluations by different dentists, yet they were able to confirm what I had been told by several individual dentists. Only this place identified everything the others did combined. Some of the other dentist mentioned cavities, but missed my totally bad wisdom tooth. Some said root canal but nothing a about the other cavities. These guys found it all and showed it to me on screen! They didn’t try to sell me a root canal when all I needed was a filing. ( I already knew what I needed before I went in). They did extensive xrays,an examination, a cleaning, and two filings in less than 2 hours. ( I chose to get it all done while I was there)Very smooth, very effective, and I am very pleased. Honestly, if they had given me prices that were too high, I was headed to Mexico! However, the rates are reasonable. Go see them! You will not regret it!

I love the whole team: Dr Lee, Tiffany, Tina, Danielle, Dr Atkins, Charity, Elaina, Dr Pedersen and Isabelle. Since I started seeing them in December of 2023, they have taken really good care of me like one of their own and I really appreciate each and every one of them. Everyone was extremely nice. This was actually my first trip to the dentist and I’m 30. They were so sweet and explained everything they were doing and why. I got half my teeth cleaned with numbing and didn’t feel a thing. They were extremely attentive, and I’m excited to go back!

It was an interesting experience, everyone was real nice and always checked to see if I was comfortable, just whatever they could to make my experience as good as possible! A nice woman named Deidre made the experience comforting even while doing a deep clean on one side of my mouth 🤔 I might of missed it but not sure why I got a deep clean on just one side of my mouth. They don’t mind to answer any questions you have so I’m going to ask them when I get the chance on my next appointment.

Clean office and appointment ran on time.
The dentist never sits in front of you to introduce herself or talk to you when she enters the room. She stays seated behind your head. I would think she would stand in front of you when she first enters the room. -

Ileana at the front desk is always sweet and greets you with a smile. Samantha took my X-rays and got me settled in. Sam is beyond gentle and courteous, a true professional. Deidra was my hygienist and was also very courteous and professional. I’m not a fan of coming to the dentist but I really like this office.

The hygienist asked: “can you feel that” after administering the Novocain. I said “no” even though I could feel everything. The drill gnawed into my tooth with a squeal and pain seared through my skull, tunneling my sight on the operating light above. I don’t know why i said “yes”, i guess I just wanted to feel… something. Anything.
Best afternoon this week, easy. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Benton is excellent with children! Our boys just love her! She is gentle and kind and explains what all she is doing and makes them feel so comfortable and not afraid. Overall, my experience was great. Everyone who took care of me, from x-rays to cleaning, were nice. As far as quality goes, I wish my teeth were thoroughly cleaned. I could tell my molars were not polished all the way through.
The front office experience was subpar and the receptionist was too aggressive into selling me a tooth procedure that was unnecessary at that moment. I left my previous dentist due to this and when a dental office aggressively forces themselves into you getting a procedure or this, or that, it just turns me off and I feel more like a sale/$$$ than a patient.

The best dental experience I’ve had in years. The whole complete staff is wonderful. I was very nervous due to previous horrible experiences and they all made me feel relaxed and assured me I would be well taken care of. They so far have not disappointed. The staff was SO sweet and helpful. I have a fear of the dentist but they kept me calm and reassured me that I was going to be okay. Such a great team. They were professional, made sure I was comfortable, and they made sure that I understood what was going to take place which helped with my anxiety. The oral surgeon (Dr. Breig) was great! I did not go to the dentist for over six years because of a negative experience I had. I was quite nervous going to my appointment at ideal dental Addison, but the second I walked in, all of my nerves went away. Every single person that works in that office has incredible customer service, and makes you feel comfortable to the -nth degree. The office is inviting and warm. I am happy to say that I actually look forward to going to my next dental appointment!

Went in to get my tooth looked at. I thought it was the most fancy place I could have walked in to. I almost left thinking I went in the the wrong door ?♂️. The staff was friendly and helpful.
