I have nothing but good things to say about this location. From check-in to check-out, Dr. Allen and his entire staff are simply amazing. Never once did I feel nervous or embarrassed. It’s been years since I’ve been to the dentist for fear of embarrassment. But Dr. Allen and staff put me at ease and we came up with a plan. He is extremely gentle. Absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend if you are worried or anxious or even embarrassed.

This is THE BEST dental office I’ve ever been to!! From the clean, relaxing waiting room and warm receptionists to the dental assistants ( Hillary is my personal favorite , but they are all great) to the actual dentist himself, Dr Allen, you will never find another office full of smiles, kindness and the personal touch they put on everything!! Due to insurance changes I made last year, I had to go to a different office. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of care, kindness and the personal touch that I vowed to never go back! When I found out my 2024 insurance allowed me to go back to Ideal I was more than thrilled! My first appointment back today proved everything I enjoyed there in the past and was so grateful to be back!!!

This is the only dentist I have felt comfortable and cared about. I am very uneasy when it comes to the dentist but the whole staff is very professional and gentle with me, they also explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it. The whole process is so easy now. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is worried about their dental care. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Also the dental insurance they have covers a lot and has made it easier for me to afford the care I need. Thank you Ideal Dental!

A very sweet team of people! They made sure I felt comfortable and safe. I came in for an exam and x-rays and left with a cleaning and gum treatment already done the same day with affordable prices! Thank you so much, I signed up for their Dental plan for uninsured customers and will be back in 6 months!

I had my first appointment with Ideal Dental on Rayford Rd. this morning after escaping the poor services of my last dental provider. So far, I could not be more impressed with every aspect. Looks like I’ve found my dentist for the long run if they keep up their high standards and good work.

Both ladies were on point. They were gentle, fast, knowledgeable and very detailed. U can tell they knew what they were doing and they were very confident. They had positive attitude and they jived well together. Everything was sanitized and already ready. I showed up a hour early and they got to me right away. Because of the two of them I am now willing to be a regular patient there and bring my 3 boys. Thank you ladies for a terrific and fast cleaning, exam and filling.

From the moment I checked in, staff and doctor where amazing making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Shannon and my dentist were amazing!, she’s thorough and her work is beautiful and this was just my first stage of my crown. Highly recommend ideal dental to anyone 🙂

Really a wonderful dental office. I really appreciate how sanitary the staff was and being told exactly what they were going to do next. I requested an appointment online and was able to fill out all the forms online. Someone called me to set up the appointment a couple days later (during Christmas). Everyone was super nice and helpful. They explained everything that they did as they worked. They were really concerned with my comfort level throughout the visit. I’m very happy with my experience.

I’m always comfortable coming here to get a cleaning! The first time I came, it had been about 2/3 years before I went to a dentist. They were gentle and patient with my cleaning. I had to have wisdom teeth pulled and a cavity filled. Everything worked out well and I decided to keep coming back for cleanings! Awesome staff!

I had my first appointment today and all of the employees were so welcoming and nice. Their office was very clean! The dentist and dental tech were amazing! I am a very difficult patient when it comes to getting X-rays and the tech made it completely painless and quick, she was very accommodating and made sure to check that I was doing okay every step of the way. I also really liked that they didn’t make me feel terrible about myself or shameful for not having perfect teeth. 10/10 recommend this office to everyone
