I really like the staff they’re super friendly and always try to accommodate you. Maritza is the best hygienist! Last time I went I was having some sensitivity and she was super careful with the cleaning and rinsing that I had no issues. They really do make you feel super comfortable and answer any questions you might have. My husband and I have been coming here for several years now and we plan on staying with them.

Everyone is very polite, respectful and attentive to your needs. Every step is thoroughly explained. Equipment is state of the art. Facility is very clean. If you are using another Dental facility in Baytown, you are really doing yourself and family a huge disservice. If you’re using “J” Dental….run to “IDEAL” as quick as you can!!!!

Excellent experience! My 8 year old needed two cavities filled and he was nervous and scared but the dentist and staff were so good with him. They were gentle and spoke to him so kindly through the whole process.

Everyone is very nice and informative. As someone who has anxiety I can honestly say after being explained to about each step taken I was at ease. I would highly recommend them. They make you feel welcomed and do not keep you out the dark about any procedure they will be doing. The surgeon was was very nice and quick which was a major plus.

Going to the dentist always makes us nervous, but that was not the case with Dr Tania – she made us feel extremely comfortable. She was very professional in her work, friendly and most importantly calming which you need when you visit the dentist. All the support staff were great as well – smooth process from the time of checkin to checkout. Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Everyone was friendly and the customer service was great. I like how open they were about pricing and financing. The only thing I didn’t like was the after care for pain. If you have a low tolerance for tooth pain I wouldn’t recommend going here. The dentist and Maribel (spell check) were my two favorite people.

The staff here was amazing! I was an emergency walk-in patient. The receptionist was professional and polite she got me signed in swiftly. I needed a tooth extraction, mind you I was terrified. The hygienist even played Beyonce for me per my request to ease my nerves. To my surprise I literally didn’t feel an ounce of pain and they encouraged me the entire procedure. For post care they carefully explained instructions to me and I felt relieved once I departed. Thank you Ideal Dental.

I started to take care of my teeth this year and have been multiple times this year. Friendliest staff ever! Jocelyn at the front is very sweet and caring. The staff takes the time to answer all of my questions to better understand my dental health. I had an emergency on a Saturday and they took me right in and did a root canal and saved me a lot of pain. I am really thankful for this and the new dentist is AMAZING. She fixed all my teeth problems and is super nice and informative. THANK YALL

I had a wonderful time, everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. Going to the dentist always makes me feel nervous and uneasy as it is. But their level of friendliness and professionalism made it all better.
Update: I got Invisalign with them and it’s been great, if you have been thinking about braces but rather go on the Invisalign route I truly recommend going here. -

The staff are super friendly and helpful. On my first visit, Dr. Stevenson explained to me what needed to be done before I got my wisdom teeth out and braces on and explained why it needed to be done in that order. I had a hard time finding a dentist that I liked, and I’m glad to say that I found it at Ideal Dental in Baytown.
