I visited ideal dental Grand Prairie yesterday, their service was exceptional the vicinity was neat and smells good, the lady at front desk (right) was friendly and helpful. My dental assistant lady was gentle and kind and to top it all my dentist was professional, informative and explained in details step by step of what needed to be done. He was patient and listened to me. But, I couldn’t go on with my service because after check up with my insurance the out of pocket cost for the service I needed was out of my budget.

I just finished my first appointment at Ideal Dental. Everyone involved was incredibly kind and patient with me, even though my tiny mouth made some of the work pretty difficult. I really liked that they explained everything as they went and even showed me pictures of any issues they found. The payment process was the same way, making sure I knew exactly what I was paying for and confirming the costs with me before any services. I also had to have some fillings done and they did them all in the same appointment.

Great visit as always. Everyone is always so professional and pleasant. There hours are convenient. I like being able to complete all forms online before my appointment. They always send appointment reminder via email and by text, which I truly appreciate. I would recommend Ideal Dental!

They were very professional, courteous and friendly. The doctor and nurses explained everything clearly, walked you through the whole process. And what I liked the best, the sticked to their appointment schedule, which to me it means that, I dont have to wait an hour or more before being seen. My appointment was at 8:30am and by 8:31am, I was being assisted. No wait time, great service, immediate assistance! Love it…

I have been visiting this location for about two years now. Every visit has been pleasant and with no issues. The staff has been friendly and will listen to any concerns you have. The doctor is very friendly and listens to any questions you have about treatment. They go over treatment cost in detail with you before actually doing the work. I love the convince of being able to fill out forms online. I like visiting this location and will continue to go here.

Wow, all the staff have been so wonderful. I love that they listen to me & helped alleviate my anxiety about dentistry. I’m 45 & have battled with anxiety attacks over dentists, but after my 2nd appt. I’ve been relaxed and able to cope with it. I’ve been at this location before and I was hesitant to come back however, the staff and the Dentist at this location was amazing! Very friendly, I had no pain with getting my teeth cleaned! I also got two filings. I will be back in 6 months! I hope this current staff never leave! Thank you ladies
