I became a new customer at the end of last year. From the moment Starr took my phone call and asked how she might “brighten my smile” I have been treated very well. Reggie has worked with me a lot and has been great! Dr. Bui was great at explaining to me what was needed, what was being done, and answering my questions.
Root canals are not fun! But Dr. Hifeda the endodontist was so soothing and calm! “Pressure is normal, pain is not.” And when i felt pain in a “hot tooth” she sprang into action and quickly alleviated it!
Ideal dental has lived up to its name! Thank you! -

The staff are amazing! I get pretty bad anxiety at doctors offices and the like but the staff they are super friendly and great at their jobs so it is actually a really pleasant and comfortable experience. They’ve helped me so much with getting my teeth and gums healthy and teaching me as well as motivating me to continue moving forward with my best smile. I cannot recommend them any more highly! If you need dental work this is where you want to be.

Ideal Dental is just the best. My hygienist is Krista, and she is patient, gentle, and really knowledgeable. I went in for my regular cleaning today. She makes me want to take better care of my teeth, and that’s quite an accomplishment! The dentists explain everything so clearly, just everyone is really good.

Wow! In and out so quick and they were so patient with me. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15 years. So it was like taking care of a child adult who asked every question and didn’t know what to do. But they sure made me feel comfortable. 100% will go back for every dental issue <3

I had a gum graph done by Dr. Naveen Karim and had a great experience. Her assistant and staff were very friendly and the Doctor kept asking me if I was OK. Surprised the next day I felt no pain in the morning as I woke up.

Was referred by my daughter after a very bad experience with another dentist. Was very surprised at the amount of X-rays and pictures they took of my mouth and teeth (at no cost to me). They explained what they found and worked up a plan of action they recommended. Since I am retiring at end of year they scheduled all my appointments so insurance would cover as much as possible before expiring. All the staff and Dr. were super friendly. Highly recommend this office.

The staff is always friendly, even when we had all of the COVID protocol. I have had the same hygienist for the last 3 or 4 visits. Krista is always congenial, cleans thoroughly without leaving my gums sore and cut up. It also flys by and presto I’m at the door and back into my life. Great job, staff for our Ideal Dental location!!

I went to Ideal Dental due to another dentist had totally screwed up a feeling in crown. Ideal Dental repaired the teeth that the previous dentist messed. Ideal dentist made it to where I could eat again it look so good. I love the staff they are exceptional

I have the best experience here. I found this place when a had a dental emergency 5 years ago. They willing gave me an emergency appointment and helped me out. I have been a customer ever since. I left my last dentist because they couldn’t take care of the insurance correctly. They are great here. I’ve never had a surprise bill!!! Ive had crowns and fillings here and the quality is top notch! They replaced other dentists previous fillings and crowns and i can tell the difference in quality. It feels so muche natural. The front staff is also super friendly and easy going! Love em!

This is such a wonderful place—every single person at this office is so friendly and warm. I actually enjoy going to my dentist! My boyfriend and I have been a patient at this office for almost 4 years and we look forward to our visits. It’s a nice, clean, intimate office. I love going places where the staff knows your name and make you the priority.
. The support staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Christopher Herrera, is our dentist and he has great chair side manners, gentle and thorough. Between the both of us, we ‘ve had alot of services that they provide and there is never a fear that we don’t want to come back, because we feel great after leaving the office. We’ve had our cleanings, crowns and tooth fillings. This is a great office and the team makes it better.

Wow! What an amazing dental office! I have a terrible toothache, my jaw is swollen and hurting sooo bad…I called these folks and they saw me as soon as I could get there today. Everyone is kind and personable – the receptionist Megan, the dental technician Amber, and most importantly Dr Herrera. He was able to diagnose the cause of my misery and offer a reasonable get well plan that will get rid of my pain. I found him very knowledgeable, personable and genuinely caring, I know this will sound nuts – but I’m actually looking forward to my dental appointment next week!
