This is my first best experience in the world. This is a perfect team. Dr. Galaz is more than amazing, what about Cristina she is very acknowledged and profesional. From desk Lily and Emily are the best explaining Insurance. Ms Anne the Hygenist is very kind and gentle. All the staff is great 👍🏻 Adrian is really good and fast. Love this place. I will absolutely recommend this for my family and friends.

Dr.Galaz is great! He did a root canal for me and I can finally eat again on my left side after YEARS of discomfort! Christina is very knowledgeable. Emilly and Lily both were awesome helping me understand my insurance.

These people are wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about them. The whole entire staff was so sweet and patient. The ladies at the front desk helped me apply for care credit and were so patient as they explained payment options etc.
The doctor and assistant were so patient and understating when I had a bit of panic attack while getting a procedure done. They immediately stopped to give me time to calm down without any judgment at all!
To make matters worse when I was finally done with everything my blood pressure came down a bit.
The staff was incredibly accommodating, they brought me water and candy to normalize my blood pressure. They monitored me and made sure to let me go home only after I felt better.Seriously top notch staff and wonderful facility!

This place is amazing! My father has never had a positive dental experience & always disliked the dentist until he visited this place. He gained his confidence back and had the biggest smile after leaving.
Liliana & Daisy gave us a great first impression, greeted us when we walked in, & made us feel very welcomed.
When explaining treatment, insurance & pricing they were very patient & explained thoroughly . Made us smile even before we got called back!
Dental Assistants were also very professional, amazing & patient, unfortunately I do not remember their names.
Last, but certainly not least, I wanted to shine a spotlight on Dr. Hernandez, she is the sweetest & most caring Dentist, who provides high quality service, she truly goes above and beyond for her patients!
My parents, myself & brother scheduled here, we hope to stay apart of the Ideal Dental family as long as we can! -

Very pleased with my recent dental experience with Dr. Hernandez. I went in for cleaning and required a couple of fillings. During the process Dr. Hernandez fixed my front tooth to make it even with the others. This made a positive change to my smile. I am less anxious about returning to replace a crown and highly recommend if looking for a new dentist.

My regular dentist’s office was closed and I had a toothache that I felt needed attention. Ideal Dental was able to see me within a couple hours, following safe Covid protocols, and the dentist I saw was professional, knowledgeable, and obviously loves her work. The procedure I need is not an emergency, so I will have the work done by my usual dentist. However, my experience with Ideal Dental was excellent.
