Absolutely amazing.
Went in for wisdom teeth pain and all the staff were extremely helpful. The staff took their time, energy and all efforts to find a way to make sure I could get it taken care of day of or within the next couple days. I was able to get an emergency wisdom tooth removal same day!!! (They referred me to a different Ideal clinic that had a surgeon available!!)

Wet nice and friendly, I needed a tooth removed and they told me after X-rays they couldn’t because of the way it grew in, the called another place that had a surgeon available immediately and got me scheduled for the next day, thank yall!

So far, so good. I like that the dentist, the oral surgeon and the orthodontist are all in the same building. I’m not having to travel all over to get the work I need done. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. So far, I’m liking it.

Genuinely felt the team atmosphere between Trevor and Dr. Hunyh was really pleasant. They helped worked through some of my issues and we came up with a great temporary fix and long term plan. It was the best presentation of my teeth and biting and wear patterns I have ever seen. It was actually a really fun appointment to see all of that and I really appreciate them taking care of my concerns. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Kyle.

I was called in,in time, the staff was very friendly and I had a very thorough examination, scanning, X-rays another type of scanning and consultation a bit longer than expected 😊 but I needed that. I typically never leave reviews and I can count how many times I’ve ever done so. Lora from Ideal Dental in Kyle was probably the best hygienist I’ve ever had. Never have I had anyone previous to her make me question if my cleaning even happened lol. My point, she was gentle yet extremely effective and quick. Thx a bunch for restoring my faith in hygienist and laying to rest the anxiety I always feel the days leading up to my appointment.

Today I visited the Ideal Dental in Kyle and this was by far the best cleaning and dental visit I’ve received! Everyone there was so nice and took the time to make me feel valued. The staff are a great bunch of genuinely nice people. They took great care of my son and he even said he needs to go back to get his teeth cleaned! From someone with agoraphobia that was HUGE!! Came from ideal dental today and was blown away by the care of this dental office. I’ve actually went to the same dentist in austin since I was 11 but will now be switching permanently to ideal. Last night I was in excruciating pain with a tooth that I’ve had multiple issues with all night. Went on line and seen ideal was about five minutes from where I live in Kyle I called they accepted my insurance and called me in immediately when my previous dentist don’t work on Friday’s and couldn’t even see me till Monday afternoon. My exam was so thorough and everything was explained to me on a screen where I could see my teeth and was decided I needed a crown . I couldn’t even feel the needle when she numbed me. And the new technology they have is amazing !!!! I will be making ideal my permanent dental office thanks ideal !!! No more pain!!! ?

Best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. The doctors are so knowledgeable and willing to teach. The lady that took my X-rays all the way to lady discussing pricing were so helpful. I didn’t feel like a bother at all with the questions I had. I love how I’m not pressured into any services. They explain why they are offering it and that’s it. It’s up to me to decide what I want it.

After putting off some dental treatment for quite a while, and then not going to the dentist for two years due to Covid, my daugter and I finally took our chances and picked Dr. Nguyen at Ideal Dental in Kyle. We could not be happier with our experiences. From the front desk, to the dental hygenist, to the dentist, they went out of their way to make us feel so comfortable and at ease. Honestly, they really went above and beyond to relieve any fear and anxiety, and made us feel so comfortable and listened to. I can’t thank them enough!
