I normally don’t write reviews and I still haven’t even been seen by the dentist but I had such a good interaction with the front desk that I’m writing as I’m waiting! (I’m positive my overall experience will be great as well) I’m always nervous about going to dentist or doctor but as soon as I walked in, Jason made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety! He was very friendly. He is a great asset to this location! Will def be back and recommend this location to friends and family!
Oh and the decor is a Plus!

I went in for my regular cleaning today and I have to share how thankful I am for the whole team! I have been a patient here for at least four years, and have been seen by many doctors. However, today’s doctor and the staff are amazing. (I had a small chip on my front tooth that I was so unsure about) she fixed it in less than 15 minutes! Thank you! I will feel more confident at my graduation 👩🎓 with a beautiful smile. 🙏🤍

Karina helped me with my partial that the last Dental could not assist me with….Karina knew right off hand and helped me immediately….I tell you Karina was a blessing to me
Riba was so thorough with my cleaning and when I say really cleaning my mouth, she really did the cleaning, most clean soo fast, but she really did a great job and she informative as well
Lastly the FRONT DESK was just as help
Ohhh, the Dr Was friendly and informative as well.

I had a root canal at the Sunnyvale office and the Endodontist team was truly amazing. I needed to get another root canal, and I wanted the same doctor, so I went to the Las Colinas office. Again the staff was so great. Will definitely recommend for my family and friends to use this team and dentist at Ideal Dental.

My experience here was great! I have extremely sensitive teeth and a bad fear of the dentist but everyone was very reassuring and attentive. The hygienist, Riba, was knowlesdgeable and experienced, she did a great job and made pleasant small conversation while she worked with me. The doctor, Dr. Parth, was also nice and his treatment was very conservative which I appreciated given my budget. They were quick and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist in A WHILE. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Always waiting time is 45 to 1 hour after appointment.
I was not asked if I wanted a treatment or not , when I realized I was having it on and then the hyenist says it’s going to be 25 dols. -

Very happy with Ideal Dental—just finished my first new patient visit and received excellent care, in a timely manner, and at a great price. Dr Basta and her staff are so friendly, and she explained everything that she was seeing/doing as the exam progressed, which I really appreciated. I definitely trust her clinical judgements and opinions. They provided me with options, but then let me decide what I wanted to do without ever pressuring me one way or another. Definitely recommend!

The entire staff was super nice and very detailed. Karina explained every thing that was going on throughout the whole appointment.
It was nice to finally find a dental office in the area that have a Hygenist (Reba) that does such an amazing job. Reba took her time and I can tell she was being thorough with my cleaning. Best cleaning I have had in a while, I have a sister who is a Hygenist and since we don’t live in the same state anymore- finding the next best RDH has been tricky. Definitely will be back to get my cleaning done again with Reba at Ideal Dental Las Colinas. Dr. George, the dentist, was just as awesome with everything.

I don’t remember the dental hygienist name but she was very sweet and very attentive to my cleaning. The front staff are also very nice. I was in and out of my appointment so quickly and efficiently. This is my favorite dental place I’ve ever been to and will continue to be a patient to.

Easy to make appointment, good location, wonderful services.
I didn’t have dental insurance but I was able to use the Ideal Dental’s $19 exam and x-ray promotion.
I went back for the tooth extraction, bone replace graft, and deep cleaning. Ideal Dental recommended me to sign up for the Ideal Dental Plan plan so that I can pay a lot less. I was able to use the insurance right away.
Dr. Melody Basta and Fariba Nouzaie are very kind, informative, and quick.
Ideal Dental’s personnel are very friendly and professional.

Had a Saturday appointment for a few fillings. Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Was in a way expecting a kind of down feel about it being the weekend but was shocked.
