I had a great experience today. I stopped in for a retainer and found that I needed a deep cleaning due to tartar build up . The staff was very friendly and the doctor was great with explaining their process and administering the shots. Special thanks goes especially to the lady that held my hand and dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth and especially the front desk admistrator. Everyone was so friendly and understanding I’ll definitely be making this my primary dentist.

I was so impressed with how down to earth the orthodontist was, and omg the staff were just so bubbly and made us feel important. They asked questions, not the typical “hello, let’s look here and there and we are done.” The Dr and staff actually established a conversation. I have been a faithful patient of Ideal Dental in Plano for over 11yrs. I am always impressed with their service. I googled how Ideal Dental brand was started, and boy was I surprised. No wonder their staff and team of doctors are top of the line. I recommend them 100%.

Ideal Dental McKinney is the best dental practice I have ever been to. They are friendly, attentive and professional. The front office staff has gone out of their way to make sure things were taken care of with my insurance and the dental lab so that the dental team could get my procedures done.
I went from being humiliated when opening my mouth to having the most beautiful smile in the world.
It has been nothing short of life changing.

Great dentist office. My visit yesterday was perfect. Although I hate going to the dentist (I have a phobia) the Registered dental hygienist was very patient with me and informed me of everything she was doing while cleaning my teeth and she was very professional!!! The dental assistant was very nice and attentive as well . She took great X-rays without causing me any pain. My overall experience was GREAT and I wound definitely recommend IDEAL Dental in Mxkinney

My experience here was awesome! Kendra at front desk was super nice and friendly and even made me feel comfortable at a dentist office when I normally feel nervous. The doctors and other employees were amazing as well. I usually don’t have good experiences at the dentist, but this office and staff rocks.

This office and it’s staff are the epitome of 5 stars. Let’s start with the front office. Kendra is a courteous, professional and friendly employee who made my time there absolutely perfect from the moment I called and made an appointment to me walking into the door and checking in. Kendra made me feel welcome and comfortable in the waiting room while I sat and waited. I had a horrible toothache and she did everything in her power to get me seen as soon as possible. She is an asset to this office and needs to be promoted. The back of house were just as amazing starting with Quinn who took my X-rays and pre inspection. Doctor Kelkar was absolutely wonderful and kind to my situation. She is a professional and very talented dentist. The hygienist Michelle is as skilled of a hygienist that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with with. This is the best office I’ve dealt with since I have moved to Texas.

I finally found a dentist that was more interested in the health of my teeth rather than trying to upsell me everything they offered. I have been a patient of this location for many years and I’m very thankful to have found them. Each and every employee is very friendly, very professional, and takes exceptional care of zmy teeth. The hygienist does an excellent job cleaning your teeth, complete with flossing and no pain. I highly recommend this office.

You will not find a friendlier staff than they have at this location! I feel very welcome every time I come into this location. Everyone is very nice and customer service oriented.
The only suggestion I would give them is to FULLY COMMUNICATE, up front, how long it takes to have work sent out, fixed, and then returned. I was told one thing and ended up waiting 2 to 3 times longer to have my issue resolved. This was very disappointing.
Under promise, Over deliver is much better than Over Promise, Under Deliver.
This was not a deal breaker for me. I will continue to use this place for all of my dental needs. -

The staff to include orthodontist, dentists and hygienists at Ideal Smiles are so patient and gentle with kids. My daughter gets worked up for every visit, and they always take their time to let her calm down. They talk her through the process and we always leave with a happy girl.
