I never would have thought to go to a “chain” dental practice. I ended up here for an emergency tooth extraction. I called and was scheduled the next day. That alone was amazing. The consultation and extraction were a breeze. Dr. Livsey and Maddy were on point. The coordinator Stephanie made billing easy to follow and scheduled me out for appointments leading to the implant. The facility is clean and technologically advanced. Everything can be done in office. I went for my follow up today. Dr. Livsey pointed out some other problems I was having and had solutions for them all. She is impressive. It will be sad to leave my current Dentist after 20yrs., but I’ve got myself a Tooth Whisperer and I’m not letting her go ; )

The staff here is SO patient and helpful! Both of my daughters had to have procedures done today, and they were very accommodating. My 11 year old was very nervous and they were able to calm her down and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this dental office!

I recently moved to Texas so needed to get established with a dentist. The staff members were extremely friendly and the office space is very nice. I was a little ? at the amount of suggested work they said I needed on my teeth. I regularly get cleanings and exams and had not been told I needed this amount of work in the past. However, we are going to do some of the work now and space out the remaining so it is more manageable.

I came to Ideal Dental after my tooth broke. I was anxious due to a bad dental experience in the past, but the staff made me feel comfortable and gave me a full exam. Dr. Shah explained the treatments that I needed, and then we worked together to prioritize the treatments based on my concerns and my dental health. I am so glad that I found this office!

They’re always so patient with me since I usually have difficulty with the routine cleaning. Staff is always personable and makes me feel right at home. I live in Hurst but make the drive to Roanaoke since they are always so great to me. Highly recommend.

Ideal Dental of Roanoke is absolutely amazing! They’ve been so genuine and kind. I found them when my son chipped his tooth late in the afternoon one day and although the hygienists were already gone… the dentist squeezed us in. She wanted to make sure nothing more severe was going on and I’m so grateful she did! He ended up needing to have the tooth splinted and by the following morning they had already consulted with the endodontist and scheduled our treatment appointment.
Their team is so welcoming and understanding as well! As a parent… I tend to put off my own appointments and have had experience in the past where I walk away feeling judged and embarrassed. Dr. Shah and her staff were understanding and compassionate which gave me peace of mind. They are helpful and love to educate instead of belittle.
I am so glad I found Ideal Dental of Roanoke for me and my family!

Excellent dental office. Love coming here and have recommended friends and family. The doctor is very friendly and explains well your treatment along with pictures and X-rays very detailed. Also got a new state of the art scan tag detects a lot of informative information never would’ve imagined. The office manager very informative and cared about showing me options. Great team!!!
