Very happy so far! I love that they are open on Saturdays. Just got my daughter started with braces and the ortho staff was great! Only downside was the wait on Saturday. We were there for about 3 hours but it was our first appointment with them so maybe that’s why. They kept apologizing for the wait and we didn’t have anything going on after our appt so it wasn’t a big deal. I also had to schedule my daughter’s cleaning and ortho consultation separate but that’s something I should have asked when setting up my original appointment. Their ortho team is only at each location on certain dates every month but again. These are all things that come with being a new patient to learn along the way.

Walked in was greeted by Megan and was immediately seen by Dr. O and she not only gave me a prescription to help with my pain she gave my multiple payment options for the procedures that she would perform. This facility is very clean, the employees are all smiling and I felt welcome from the time I walked in until I left. Oh and it took maybe 5 minutes before seeing the Dr. so no 30-45 minute wait.

Amazing dental experience! Dr. Hend Ali is very knowledgeable and thorough and I don’t trust anyone but her to work on my teeth. I have only trusted her for the past 2 years. She is by far the most kind and gentle dentist. She took the time to explain everything to me. Janet was also so welcoming. Dr. Ali and her staff are awesome. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Staff was great as always! Leon was very gentle doing my deep cleaning. Dr. Merchant is very thorough and gave me the chance to ask questions if I had them or clarification if I didn’t understand something. Didn’t get the name of the lady who did my crown~but I could tell she’d been doing it a long time! Her every move was intentional and secure. That gave me~as the patient~comfort. NOBODY likes to be the patient but the Ideal Dental staff are top notch!

Ideal dental S Cooper st has high quality of services and very attentive staff! We live going! The only downside is that they are mostly full, so if you miss an appointment is very hard to get a new one. But in a way that speaks loud volume of how well they care of their clients! Thanks!

I WAS going to MINT dentistry, BUT they we’re telling me false information. I have a very good PPO plan through my employer and mint dentistry was trying to get me TO ? PAY UP FRONT FOR my SERVICES ? and THEN BILL my insurance which I do think is illegal but hey I’m not with them anymore and I’m so glad I’m not. My mom referred me to ideal dental and I have been going here for the last month and they are amazing they did work for me that mint dentistry did not offer. FRONT DESK, MANAGEMENT, the HYGIENISTS and the DENTIST ARE?AMAZING ? and they ACTUALLY ? CARE about YOUR TEETH ? and YOU AS A PERSON ? and give you more insight then I was previously getting from the other place I was going to this is my go to DENTIST from here on out and I LOVE IDEAL DENTAL ??❣️❣️

Ideal Dental at the South Arlington location has been the best experience I have ever had. I went in for a consultation after visiting another location prior. They sat me down and told me all of my options. They worked with me financially and got me the root canal I needed THAT DAY! The moment the surgery was over I was pain free. I will definitely be using this location for further dental visits, and I highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a change.
