It was our first time visiting the Culebra location and we had a wonderful experience. Moses assisted us in the exam room and he was very friendly and personable. The doctor was also very nice and answered all of my questions, and spoke to my daughter, who was having a root canal done that morning, which made her feel more comfortable. The lady in the front, Angela was also wonderful! She was very personable, helpful, And I love how she knew some of the patients names. I definitely plan to return to this location going forward. Thank you to all of the staff For a wonderful experience!

Clean offices with amazing care. The surgeon was very attentive to my concerns and anxiety. I’ve had horrible experience with other dentists in this region and ideal dental is the opposite! Friendly people.
Was referred here under a workers comp accident and they got right down to business. They didn’t try to set up a complete plan for the entire mouth, they identified the teeth that were affected from the accident and are working to set a plan in motion to fix them.

What a positive experience! Very friendly, proactive, and helpful staff. The office manager Mona was very personable, the Billing Coordinator made all the arrangements before my appt to make sure no surprise bills would occur, and the Dental Hygienist Zakiyah made a point to prevent any discomfort during the cleaning. The Dentist was also very thorough in his exam, I appreciate that he screened using multiple methods for cancer in my oral cavity and in my neck and face.
I am thoroughly impressed and I feel happy to have gone to this dental office. I also appreciate the use of newer technology for a more comprehensive and modern experience to my dental health care. We will be moving our whole family to visit this Ideal Dental clinic on Culebra!

Second visit to Ideal Dental yesterday for an extraction to clean up a longtime abscess infection in my gum up above one of my two front crowns. The first visit was transparent as far as Dr. Coleman discussing my needs and wants as well as the front desk discussing my pricing. This second visit went great, as well. Although my husband was starting to get inpatient with the timing because he had clients and his team to collaborate with, they were transparent about the procedure happening before us, transparent when they brought us to the back, and transparent when they brought us our new treatment plan. The staff who told me my options about getting my tooth extracted in three weeks so my flipper was ready instead of now really showed concern about women and their cosmetic look.
I’m glad Dr. Coleman chose Alicia and Dr. Buhler to assist and help with my tooth extraction, infection extraction, and bone graft. Needles suck and it’s the worst part of going to the dentist, but they really numbed me up! The procedure was fast. I know it was thorough because I hadn’t seen my gums in the section it was infected, that pink in a long time! I wanted to cry happy tears during the procedure because I was finally getting what I needed done without having to run around to other places to get it done. That gum infection had spread to my brain so I’m thankful that Ideal Dental extracted and cleaned it out for me. Alicia was very friendly and explained everything professionally and precisely. She also explained the postoperative at-home care thoroughly. They got my prescriptions filled quickly, as well! The assistant who did my impressions was also gentle. Thank you, Ideal Dental, Dr. Coleman, and Alicia! Looking forward to getting the rest fixed! -

THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO in all my years. I called and was so blessed to have spoken to Moana!!! She was incredible and the sweetest!!! I had chipped a tooth right before the holidays and was so upset!. Our conversation made me feel so at ease.
