I just switched to Ideal Dental from a big chain dental provider. I am very positive I did the right thing. I called in to schedule an emergency check up for my wisdom teeth and Amanda was nothing but helpful. She was able to get me in the next day. I showed up a little late -because of traffic- filled out my paperwork and had little to no wait. The nurse was very gentle on my mouth and next thing I knew Amanda was presenting me my paperwork to have my teeth removal the next day. I know my timing was very lucky as they only have an oral surgeon (Dr. Nelson- super sweet) come in one day a week. When I showed up they were able to get more covered by my insurance so it was a lot cheaper… Which always makes me happy. Jeremy put an iv in me and the rest is history. I want to thank everyone for their patience with me and I can’t wait to come in for my cleaning soon!
