Excellent customer service, no long excessive wait time at all. The facility was very clean and the atmosphere was very impressive. I transferred from Ideal Dental in Las Colinas. I arrived about 9:45 and I told them that I am a school bus driver and had to be gone by 12:45 . They took ex-rays, removed a cavity, and got a root canal and I was in my car leaving at 12:45. That was awesome!

I had my first visit with Ideal today and all I can say is WOW! Such a nice staff every step of the way. Dentist took time to explain everything. Went in for a regular check up and was able to get treatment for a pressing issue on the spot. So glad I chose to come here.

I was highly impressed with Doctor Mugiauto and staff at Ideal Dental Uptown. Although I was unable to.receive the needed assistance with my broken partial, the doctor explained clearly and understandably what I needed to do to solve my problem that he knew he could not fix. I appreciate his knowledge and being able to relate it to me in a dignified manner.

Friendly, courteous doctors and staff. Listened to all my concerns. Valued my opinion and eased my mind with my dental anxiety. Went above and beyond to work me in fast. Even did X-rays to access what work I needed done. All of this was done on my first visit which was a work in emergent visit . Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Top notch doctors and staff. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would.

Front desk was super friendly! Deep cleaning was gentle and thorough (I believe her name is Trish and she does a great job absolutely recommend). I met my new dentist Dr Mugianto he seems to be very nice and professional.Usually all stuff is very friendly but this time I was disappointed with a nurse who made my X-Rays, she was very rude, I never seen her before and I hope to not see her again.
