Even though this location is more than an hour from me, I appreciate Dr. Chin for being able to get me in. Anytime something is wrong they will go above and beyond to get you seen and taken care of, even if you have to go to a different location. Ideal Dental has not let me down since I first started coming to them. The staff is beyond friendly and very knowledgeable. They take time out to get to know you personally, and will do whatever it takes to ensure you are provided the best care possible. I am very blessed to have people like this in my life. I brought my mom here so her teeth removal and placement of her bridge. The first appointment, we didn’t wait for even 2 mins when Dr. Shah came out to us in the waiting room to greet us and told us we will be helped any minute. She was very thorough during the procedure and she made my mom feel very comfortable. My mom was very happy with her services from this office and Dr. Shah, she had gotten her bridge done before and she said Dr. Shah did a perfect job. 10/10 highly recommend this dentist office.

Excellent excellent excellent! Dr. Hoffman was thorough, courteous, and sharp. The office’s imaging technology is painless and years ahead of other offices. The hygienist was just so nice and thoughtful. The front office staff was super respectful and on top of their game. The office was very clean. Glad to have found them.
