My experiences at Ideal Dental on West 7th have always been comfortable and enjoyable. Those are tough qualities to achieve for a dentist office, I’m sure. However, their staff and amenities have made me feel welcome, valued and appreciated.
Did you ever get shamed at the dentist from not flossing enough? It won’t happen here. I’ve received gentle reminders while positively reinforcing what IS going well with my dental health.
Their services are fair, justified and explained clearly. Billing is transparent and accurate. The office is understanding and compassionate. I’m happy to have found the best dentist! You can too!

I usually have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but I am so lucky that I found this office first when I moved into town. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, thorough, and do a great job at being transparent and putting me at ease. They don’t try and oversell either. So great!!! Also shout out to my hygienist, Ashley! She’s the best!

My experience at the West 7th office was was
TOP NOTCH from the moment I walked through the door until the time I checked out! I’m not great with names but the entire front office team was super friendly as well as professional.
Dr. H and her assistant did a WONDERFUL job helping me to feel comfortable. I believe I took a lil nap. Lol
The bottom line, the work is superb and I highly recommend anyone look for an endodontist, Dr. H is your person!

I’ve had a list of tooth issues in the past year and Dr. Tran and her team helped fix them all and prevent them from recurring. I can tell everybody who works here cares about me and takes time to understand my concerns and give full explanations and recommendations. They are always able to quickly fit me in the schedule for urgent issues. The facility is always clean and seems updated on the latest dental technology. I can tell everybody enjoys working here and takes pride in doing good work.

Had such an amazing experience here! Dr. Tran was absolutely amazing and had the best bedside manner. I always get really bad anxiety going to the dentist but she made me feel so comfortable! All of the girls in reception were so kind and accommodating. Bailey helped me with all my dental insurance and scheduling questions. I’m so happy I found my new dentist office!!
