Dr. Maria Yang grew up in Houston, Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at University of Texas at Dallas, and her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. 
 
Dr. Yang entered the dental field because she wanted to create functional art. Her favorite aspect of dentistry is restoring smiles. 
 
Outside of the office, Dr. Yang enjoys gardening, video games, and spending time with friends and family. 

Dr. Insiya Ezzi was born in Detroit, Michigan, and raised in Tampa, Florida. Staying in Tampa, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at the University of South Florida. Dr. Ezzi’s passion for dentistry began in high school, where she was part of a dental lab tech program and had the opportunity to make dentures and retainers. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as an orthodontic assistant, which helped grow her love for dentistry. This love for dentistry took her to the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine. 

Outside of work, you can find her biking along the bayou or hiking a trail. Dr. Ezzi and her husband love traveling to national and state parks to become one with nature. When she’s not out exploring the outdoors, you’ll find her binging shows or snuggling up with a book. 

Dr. Chavda is a native Houstonian. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training in Washington, DC at Howard University Hospital and its affiliated hospitals, including Washington Hospital Center, DC VA, and Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Chavda had the privilege of working closely with Dr. Jeffrey C. Posnick, a pioneer in craniofacial and orthognathic surgery. He has published multiple peer-reviewed manuscripts in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Chavda practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with an emphasis on out-patient anesthesia and dentoalveolar procedures, including wisdom tooth removal and dental implants.

Dr Andrew Kim has provided optimal oral health care to patients with a focus in Periodontics and Implantology since 2009. He completed a 3-year full-time residency at University of Southern California, Los Angeles in Advanced Periodontics and completed a Masters of Science degree in Craniofacial Biology. Dr. Kim received his dental school education at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco.

Dr. Kim is an expert in advanced treatment of gum disease, cosmetic procedures to aesthetically enhance smiles, and dental implants that can replace single or multiple missing teeth. Dr. Kim has lectured nationally and internationally in the topics of implantology, implants in the aesthetic area, cosmetic soft tissue plastic surgery, and periodontal treatment.

He believes in approaching cutting-edge periodontal services with personalized care to create an excellent patient experience. He has surgically placed thousands of dental implants and conducted the most advanced surgical procedures. He enjoys getting to know his patients, happy to answer questions regarding treatment expectations and recovery. He understands that receiving periodontal treatment can be intimidating and focuses on maximizing patient comfort.

During his personal time, Dr. Kim enjoys traveling, sailing, and spending time with his family.

What brings Dr. Mostafa the most joy is making a difference in his patients’ lives through crafting beautiful smiles that improves their quality of life and confidence. Dr. Mostafa graduated from dental school with high honors and has been practicing dentistry since 2007. He then decided to attend the three-year orthodontic residency program at the University of California, Los Angeles where he received his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and his Certificate of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. Dr. Mostafa’s Master’s thesis on accelerating tooth movement was presented at the IADR international conference at North Carolina in 2014.

After graduation from his Orthodontic residency, Dr. Mostafa became a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics (A.B.O.). One of his cases was selected to be presented at the Board case display at the American Association of Orthodontics annual conference to demonstrate the excellence in care and treatment. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and American Association of Orthodontics.

Dr. Mostafa is certified in various alternative options to traditional metal braces, such as invisible (lingual) braces, Invisalign and Clear braces, which he has been able to utilize for his patients’ comfort and convenience while obtaining their beautiful, confident smile.

In his free time, Dr. Mostafa enjoys CrossFit, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
