My husband and I LOVE Ideal Dental of Westchase! Our experience from the front desk to all the staff is 5 Star without exception. Every single time we go the professionalism is unwavering. They NEVER pressure us or try to upsell any service. They show you exactly what you need, explain it in layman’s terms, and accept whatever answer you give without pressure. I don’t dread the dentist because we are in such good hands with Ideal. We’ve been going to Ideal for several years now and would never switch. Love this practice!!

Staff was very courteous and informative throughout the visit, explaing what was being done with good instruction to me how I should be positioned in the chair during the process. Checking out went smoothly as well. Good experience even with the shots which were virtually painless.

Man, where do I begin. I’ve had the most pleasant first visit at Ideal Dental Westchase. When I first entered Brittany was so welcoming and helped me get checked in so quickly. Tiffani assisted me with my initial scans and screening and she was so supportive, with a good sense of humor too. Dr. Yang explained my results in a supportive and easy to understand way. All that to say, I’ll definitely be back!

It was a Friday morning. I had taken the day off to get some things done. I started by dropping off my vehicle at the dealership to get it serviced. As I was waiting for the shuttle to take me I had some coffee and grabbed a complimentary snack. I was enjoying it until while chewing I felt something hard and feared the worst. I quickly spit it out into a napkin and assessed the situation. I cracked a tooth! Oh my! All my plans were crashing. Now my priority was to find relief and hopefully a dentist that could fix it today! Here is where Ideal Dental comes in. They worked me in. They were so understanding and professional! They were efficient and thorough! Dr. Daniella Nguyen, Demarcus and the rest of the staff were top notch! Demarcus and Dr. Nguyen explained everything to me and put me at ease. I can’t stand the sound of the drill or injections. But everyone helped me get through this unplanned and rather painful event in the best possible way. The place is really clean and well decorated. The staff has the skill, compassion and empathy and work as a well coordinated team. Cannot thank you enough for all you did for me!

I see a lot of mixed reviews on here about certain things and based on my experience I am not one to complain. Great staff very friendly and what I like most is how the doctor is straight to the point. Me personally haven’t been to the dentist for the longest! So I knew going in what was to be expected. She got straight to the point on what I needed and what I need to do better at. From the receptionist to the doctor you will feel nothing but love! Looking forward to my next appointment.
