My 10 year son had an awesome experience! Dr. B was amazing. She explained everything in terms he understood and made him feel very comfortable . Shondai was awesome as well! Overall everything was great! Keep up the great work ladies!!

I have been a customer since 2020 and I had my dental insurance, currently I lost my dental insurance and I still continue with Ideal Dental because they are very professional I like the customer service they offer and I purchased insurance with them where I have reasonable prices for my treatments. Really clean. And a lot of new equipment that I haven’t seen in other dentists before. Everyone was really nice and funny. Chairs comfortable and lobby was clean. Bathrooms were also really clean. Would definitely recommend and come again.

A very good location to visit. Got in with no delay and everybody was knowledgeable and walked me through everything that was going on in my little mouth! Even going as far as to talk me through the pricing (which is a lot of people’s concerns other than their appointment) and answering all my silly questions.
I don’t leave reviews on places. At all. Never cared to. But if you’re looking for a dentist to commit to then I feel Ideal Dental is a good place to start!

I recently moved here so coming from out of town to a new physician can be scary. From the time I made the appointment till after it was so warm and welcoming. The front deck person was awesome and informative. He assistant was awesome and very knowledgeable. The provider was phenomenal! She was so sweet and detailed about my issues and the treatment. I would 100% recommend this office.

I am so grateful for Michelle, Blanca and Dr. Smith! I was in excruciating pain from a temporary crown, the dentist that seated the crown told me that I needed to have a root canal or my tooth extracted. ? I left to get a second opinion. My experience with Ideal dental gave me hope and peace. I was made comfortable in the atmosphere and given clear information about what was happening with my tooth. The outcome, was amazing. I walked out with no pain, no extraction or root canal, due to the knowledge and skill of the staff and Dr. Smith! Thank you!

If I could give 10 stars I would first let’s say called the office to see if they were taking new patients, i wasn’t given an yes or no I was asked if I could come in the next day at 8am. From that point I knew I found my new dental office. The reviews were very good and helpful to me. Let’s start with how clean it is, also the staff super friendly, so nice . My dental care was very thorough, they have state of the art equipment. Dr Smith is the sweetest ? the Techs are great, super gentle while handling the equipment. Nothing was rushed . If anyone looking for a great dental office please visit ideal dental at 8755 Preston rd. Frisco Texas. While getting my care it was a pleasure to watch the Disney Channel and HGTV. Makes it for a relaxing visit. My 6th month appointment is already made. This office is open 6 days a week. That is another huge plus for anyone that’s unable to have a week day appointment. Last but not least Siedah at the front desk is the face of the dental office it all starts with her. Super great!!! I bragged so much my husband will be calling for an appointment. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies at Ideal Dental ❤ appreciate you all.

They really stay true to their name – IDEAL Dental of East Frisco. ? First thing I noticed when I enter the clinic is the good ambience. It gives out positive vibes specially when greeted by Siedah – the office manager. The clinic is very clean – that includes their well-sanitized restroom. Then I had my comprehensive evaluation and oral prophylaxis done by Brett – the dental assistant, who is very light-handed. My teeth felt very clean but didnt feel any pain at all. Then here comes Dr Ashley Smith – the very accomodating dentist. I liked that she asked what my plans are prior to her explaining to me my options. She is not intimidating at all. She doesn’t sound rushed too. And I loved the visual explanations – not everyone is technical after all. Then after, Siedah recapped the necessary services I need along with the fees – insurance factored in and set my next appointment. All in all, this was a very good experience. KUDOS to everyone!??

All the employees were pleasant to engage with and the waiting area and dental work rooms were very clean. Awesome!!! My 1st visit went very smooth. Cigna’s list of providers and Ideal Dental was there. Dr. Ashley Smith was very personable, & professional! She took the time to answer all my questions, and was able to hear what I said. Know what I mean!
Blanca was my Dental Assistant:) She was the 1st DA who kept the water out of my mouth. Some dentist offices I felt like I was drowning!
Tina worked the front desk. I left other dentist because I was over billed, but not refunded the over payment. Now the person to speak to is on vacation:(
So I was very skeptical with new dentist. Tina reassured me how much I would have to pay, and no bills in the future for today’s visit.

Good experience with Hickory Dental (now ideal dental). I already knew I had a crown that needs to be replaced and they found it in the exam. The Dentist (Dr. Ashley Smith) also noticed some gum problems and recommended I consider a night guard. Nothing was pushed on me and no unnecessary procedures were mentioned. These were actual problems I knew about and plan on getting corrected by this dentist in the near future.
Dr. Smith also worked on a crown problem that has been causing me discomfort from a crown replaced by a different dental office about 6 months ago. She wanted me to wait a few days and see if the adjustment fixed the problem and if not, come back and let her adjust again.
I would recommend you give this dentist a try. I told my wife and she plans on switching to this dental office in the next few weeks.

Our last Dentist acted like she was digging for gold in our mouths. I thought something was wrong with me until my husband came home and complained how rough she was. A part of me thinks he cried in the chair, but I do think he will ever admit that. ?
