Definitely NOT a fan of going to the dentist whatsoever….BUT everyone at ideal dental in Forney always makes me feel safe & my dental needs are always taken care of. I’ve gone there for the past 4 years & they have gotten my teeth back to being healthy again! I’ve had a tooth pulled, fillings, root canals, deep cleaning & I cannot say anything bad about the staff or my experience. They take the time to go over the cost before treatment, they let me look at my X-rays & answer any questions I have, they explain in detail what they are doing & why & they give recommendations on what products to use. For someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist, I highly recommend them. 10/10

I went to Ideal Dental in Forney because I had a broken tooth. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Everyone was very kind and professional. They did a great job fitting me with a temporary crown. They told me costs upfront. Dr. Pham and Kayla took great care of me. They are now my new Dental office.

My experience is something almost unbelievable, I challenge you to read until the end, with your heart and mind open. It is a story with many details, all of them are important. My family and I, as many families in the world are facing some challenges, health challenges. I relocated from Maryland almost two years ago, found a job in Addison, but less than 6 months I had to leave my job to be a caregiver. I don’t regret, although some days are really hard, emotionally, financially (off course), physically. There are few months that I am applying for jobs, etc. found a part time but it doesn’t cover it all, but is something good, the little oasis in the desert. So this last Thursday April 18th, 2024, I went there for a cleaning. Thank God I have insurance. During the cleaning the awesome lady that was doing the procedure was explaining to me that it was important that I did some procedures, but insurance was not going to cover it. I said, ow! She was saying the cost of each item that she was going to do, I started doing my math, and I was like: oh God, please help me find another job, or help me pay for this bill with the provision you will give us. After the cleaning I asked to use the bathroom before my check out. Inside the bathroom, I did the simplest and silliest pray I ever done. I said: God, I am your daughter, this bill is not mine, I give it to you. You will help me pay for it. Went to the check out. Thinking about putting this in my credit card. I spoke with the nice attendant and she said that I could use my care credit card. I was thinking: that will be good! God thank you for letting this happen. You will help me pay this bill. The attendant said: you can use your credit card OR you can use your credit.
I said: wow even better, let’s use the credit and let me know how much I owe, so we put this in the credit card. Guess what? She said: it is paid, you have NO BALANCE. I couldn’t believe it. See how things work? I had a credit, she was able to see the credit, and my bill was paid IN FULL. I cannot thank God enough for honest businesses like that. I hope this place gets prosperous, may they develop in a way that many people in Forney and surrounding areas come there, get an excellent treatment and feel good about life. -

Staff was friendly as soon as I walked in, hygienist was waiting on me and was very efficient, friendly and caring about my comfort. Was in and out in 45 min and my teeth felt fresh and clean. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a good cleaning and a pleasant experience.

Dr. Pham is not like any doctor I’ve met. Super nice, super upbeat, Great at what he does, lots of personality. The staff is always so friendly, and professional. I feel like they’re really conservative in their work they don’t make up procedures I need done just so that they can bill insurance for. I love it here and always have.

I needed some teeth pulled because they were painful and I had an appointment for a Tuesday but the pain got more intense so I called and asked uf I could be worked in this Friday before and they did Dr. Pham even worked thru his lunch to get me taken care of. This office is so amazing and helpful. They really care about their patients. I will be continuing all my dental needs here. Thankyou guys for your hard work and caring attitudes.

So glad I found a dental practice that I trust! I’ve waited a while to address my dental concerns. Dr Paul is conservative in his approach to do only what is necessary and I trust his decision if other steps must be taken (due to my delay in seeking treatment). You can tell the staff truly enjoys working there based on the office atmosphere.
