Everyone at this office is welcoming and kind. The dental care team thoroughly explained the general care provided and allowed me to decide how to proceed with the recommendations for further care without excessively swaying my decision.
When I went in for all my wisdom teeth to be removed, the team was great about checking in before the surgery, and the surgeon made sure I understood any possible complications that may take place and made sure I was comfortable before beginning. This team also provided exceptional post-op care a few months ago for my husband in the removal of his wisdom teeth, so I knew I trusted them to provide the same treatment during my procedure.
Overall, I really appreciate this office’s excellent staff for providing quality dental care while also making sure their patients are reassured.

The front desk, hygienist, dental assistant, and the dentist are ALL amazing. Kaylee is always so kind. Charmy is the best at explaining and educating. And last but not least, Dr. Byrd is THE sweetest! Dr. Bryd listens and takes care of her patients!
Overall, ideal dental has one of the best dental teams!!!

I got a very timely appointment and they were professional and very attentive. The doctor was extremely helpful and after the examination, recommended a course of action that was reasonable and focused toward patients best interest instead of creating the highest bill which happens with some other practices.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this office and will continue to use them for my dental care. -

I have been using this dentist office for quite a few years . The staff is very nice and always concerned that your comfortable. The dentist do seem to change but everyone that I had I liked.
I never had a issue that was not addressed and fixed. I would recommend here. -

SO HAPPY with this place! it was my first time here and i had to get a root canal and i was so nervous before but they made me feel so comfortable and safe with no stress! all the way from the receptionist, the dental assistant & the doctor. they were all so nice and making sure that i felt comfortable with everything. i recommend this place 100%!!

The service here is excellent. They make sure everything is super clean.The staff is so friendly they we’re gentle when working on me and they made sure I was comfortable with all procedures. I have always been a nervous wreck when getting dental work done but Catelynn,Charmy, Dr.Bui and Dr.Byrd definitely made me feel safe and they took their time completing my dental work. I highly recommend this location. They genuinely care for their patients.Tiffany at front desk was very attentive and she provided me with all financial information prior to getting work done.They all answered my questions and in a profesional manner. Dr Pan and the staff who assisted us today are very accommodating. They were very patient on us being undecided yet with the treatment options provided to us. They are friendly too, that they won’t just talk about the treatment but also some basic social questions that doesn’t go beyond your privacy. Dr. Pan explained and let us understood the treatment options, our expectations and goal on what option we opted to. The staff (sorry I can’t remember if she introduces her name to us?) was so nice, so kind on our very first visit.
