I had to be seen for an emergency appointment and was able to get in the very next day. Everyone in the office was VERY kind and helpful!! A special shout-out to Dr. Nathani!! She was so sweet and took the time to explain every step of the process, even helping me research my dental insurance. I’ve been to other Ideal Dental locations that I didn't love, but I'm SO glad I tried this location - it was a true dental experience like no other. The dental assistant and front office staff were equally supportive, going out of their way to explain billing lingo and making me feel genuinely welcome. They were delightful on the phone and just as delightful when I first walked into the office! I will definitely make this my regular office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!! 10/10

Just met with the team at on Main Street in Frisco and cannot say enough about how pleasant and helpful they all were. Dr. Pat was patient and answered all of my questions and I feel good about trusting them for the work I need to have done. I called all over Frisco looking for a dentist to help me re-cement my crown that had fallen out during work and no one could help me . got the job done and the entire staff was very ,helpful, respectful ,and professional from the top down . I found my new dentistry .

Everyone at this office is welcoming and kind. The dental care team thoroughly explained the general care provided and allowed me to decide how to proceed with the recommendations for further care without excessively swaying my decision. When I went in for all my wisdom teeth to be removed, the team was great about checking in before the surgery, and the surgeon made sure I understood any possible complications that may take place and made sure I was comfortable before beginning. This team also provided exceptional post-op care a few months ago for my husband in the removal of his wisdom teeth, so I knew I trusted them to provide the same treatment during my procedure. Overall, I really appreciate this office’s excellent staff for providing quality dental care while also making sure their patients are reassured.
The doctor and his staff are really nice and friendly. They always explain what’s going on or what needs to be done with us, so that my daughter understands.
