My first visit to Ideal Dental Garland I had a great experience, the staff was welcoming the moment I walked in the door. They all were friendly and professional they made the whole process easy looks like I found my new home, I recommend Ideal Dental Garland.
Everyone one was great and warming. From the front desk to back office made me feel like I belonged there. Felicia, Debra, Dr Thomas and dental assistant ( didnt catch her name but she was funny and sweet) were all spectacular and subsided some of my dentist fears.
Garland has been such an amazing experience. The whole staff is kind, helpful, informative, and great with kids! I have been looking for a dentist to replace our old family dentist, and I think we have found our new home! Thanks Dr. Thomas, Debra, Mary, Andrea, Jackie, and Vanessa for creating such a wonderful environment for the boys and me!
