It has been a very long time since my last visit to a dentist. I’m not a fan of pain, and the thought of a dental visit sent my anxiety through the roof.
I made this very clear to the team at Ideal during my first visit and they listened.I’ve just finished my first deep cleaning and I can say I am very satisfied with the care, professionalism and understanding I recieved from the Ideal team.
From Administration to Support staff and the Hygienist & Dentist, they are a quality team and I’m glad I found my way to them. I experienced only very brief MINIMAL pain during my deep cleaning, compared to previous visits with other dentists.
I won’t say my anxiety about dental visits is completely gone, but it has been greatly diminished by the team at Ideal.

Well, I hate going to the dentist, but if I have to then I go here. The staff seems to always remember who you are and is very welcoming. I’ve never had to wait very long to see the doctor. Dr. Hernandez-Diaz is who I usually see – and she has always been more than willing to answer all my questions in detail and is very sensitive to patient comfort. (she also has a pretty good sense of humor, which always helps 😀 ).

Its been a while since I have been to the dentist. Everyone in the office was nice and comprehensive. Got me in and out really quick. Treatment prices were within my budget. Dr Hernandez explained everything and I didnt feel a thing. Im glad I found my new dental office. Thank you!

Showed up 15 minutes early after they had a last minute opening earlier in the same day as my appointment. They got me in the back almost as soon as I checked in and got me started. They got my cleaning done very fast and I know a lot of people worry about how gentle their dentist is and if so I’d say ideal dental is for you. I had a gingivitis cleaning a couple months back and it wasn’t my first. Anyone who has had one knows how uncomfortable they can be. Here at ideal dental it was a lot more pleasant. This appointment was just to check up on how well my gums were healing and to make sure it wasn’t coming back. They gave lots of good tips on the first appointment so thankfully it was a lot better! They gave me more this time which I plan on putting into action to completely take care of it. This leads me to believe that they don’t want me to come back in the future and charge me for more gingival cleanings which isn’t cheap so that’s a nice perk to have in a dentist. Overall I have five stars because they are efficient, they seem to care about the cost as much as I do, and they are as friendly as any dentist office I’ve ever visited. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location were phenomenal, from the front desk and beyond. After requesting an appointment online for a non-emergent appointment, the team was able to see me within 24 hours. This is the first time I have been to the dentist in many years, and the team did not make me feel shameful about the work that needed to be done due to my own lack of care. A significant amount of work was required and the team never once complained that I took most of their afternoon time on a Friday.
I was asked many times about my comfort level and was given the opportunities for breaks between as necessary. Would definitely recommend and will be continuing my care with them. -

It’s okay. The technician was good. She gave instructions clearly and was very thorough.
What bums me out is they don’t give free samples. I depend on that to get my toothbrush and toothpaste. I guess I’ll have to find another dentist for that reason. -

I had several teeth that had to be pulled. I was given 3 choices,
Option 1- Extract the bad teeth and replace with partial dentures and a bridge and possibly a crown or 2. $$$
Option 2- Full mouth extractions and do immediate dentures. $$
Option 3- Full mouth extractions and get implants. $$$$I chose Option 2.
The day of my oral surgery I received a phone call from the dentist office telling me my dentures haven’t arrived and asked if I wanted to reschedule my oral surgery. My husband had already taken the day off so he could attend to me and also I was in pretty severe pain. Antibiotics and Ibuprofen do NOTHING for oral pain. So we did the extractions as planned on a Thursday. I didn’t receive my Immediate dentures until late afternoon on Monday. For over a month they kept trying to make adjustments to get the dentures to fit. That whole time I was telling them they were too big. They felt like I was wearing a mouth guard and not dentures. After 5 or 6 weeks, not being able to eat or talk, they decided to do a soft realignment. Which meant they had to send my dentures back to the lab and that process took a week. I finally got them back and I’m able to glue them in and FINALLY start trying to eat solid foods. The dentures are gorgeous and the price wasn’t too bad. I would recommend them. Just because my experience wasn’t the greatest, doesn’t mean everyone will experience the same. -

Had a tooth chip the day before leaving for a 2 week vacation, and they were able to fit me in same day and get it taken care of, which took a huge weight off my mind before leaving. The girls at the front desk, and dental assistants were all very friendly and nice, and Dr. Hernandez is so sweet and bubbly. I very much appreciate their service and the fact they got me in so fast.

Honestly the whole staff was very friendly! My last dental clinic was fairly obnoxious and rude about how I wanted to proceed with my dental health, but not here. They were very informative and helpful with my financial situation, and never made me felt pressured into perusing something I didn’t want to. From the receptionist, to the Dental Assistant, to the Dr. and the dental hygienist, all were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Z and the Staff at the Lake Worth Ideal Dental are the best! They know my dentist anxieties and my history, I have been seeing them for regular care for about 5 years now. They always go above and beyond to help me feel calm and comfortable. These guys are clean, competent, caring, and cheerful. The only thing that would make my appointment better is if Dr. Z would dress up like a giant tooth and surprise me with balloons and streamers! “TA DA, today is your dentist appointment!” It is remarkable when genuine, skilled, and kind people, like Dr. Z and his staff, can change your perspective about dental care. I used to hate to go to the dentist, now I love it!

The staff were all friendly and the dental assistant (I can’t remember her name?) especially has always been so warm and welcoming and informative at the same time! They’ve helped us several times from financially working with me to getting us in for an emergency evaluation on my 3 yr old after an injury. Thank you all for making everything such an easy process!
