Came to today, after a HORRENDOUS year with another local dentist. I was absolutely shocked at how kind and polite everyone was, and the place was super clean. Most dental offices everyone is short and acts like they’d rather be anywhere but there. I do not like going to the dentist, who does, but I felt nothing but comfort here.
I have nothing but positive comments about . Especially the Universal City location. The entire team is amazing. They are professional yet, personally engaging.
I had a severe throbbing pain in a tooth that was filled from a different dentist. That dentist would not fit me in to be seen. So I called and the lady who answered was so nice and very calming to talk to. She was able to fit me in the same day. The whole office is really nice, relaxing, and clean. All the staff I dealt with were nice and welcoming. The dental assistant and Dentist were both so sweet and gentle. The Dentist was very honest and thorough. She took the time to listen to me and she explained all my options thoroughly to me. I have found my new Dentist now.
Everyone was polite and the Dentist has great bedside manner!
Very knowledgeable staff and quickly determined my needs. Got a deep cleaning, added some cosmetic filing where I had bone loss and prepped for a crown at the same appointment. Explained what exactly my insurance was paying and what I would owe. NO surprises!
I’m so glad I found them! Nardia, Lisandra, and Andrew are wonderful and kind! I always liked going to the dentist, and now in my adulthood, I am comfortable putting my dental care in their hands. Come on and meet the kind folk, they are attentive and efficient!

Dr. Morand is fast, professional, and efficient. I have never waited in the lobby for more than five minutes and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. This is hands-down my favorite dentist. Natasha is also super friendly, helpful, and has an impressive amount of knowledge about the business. She can answer all those questions you forgot to ask the doctor when you're walking out.
