Went in for a second opinion and I will have to say when I arrived I noticed how clean the facility was and was greeted by Derrick in the front office. He was pleasant and professional. Also, when it were my time to be called back, Jarrell was pleasant and professional. He took x-rays, did test to see if I experienced different temp changes to my tooth, explained to me the infected areas and broke down to me what the Dr. Would go over; I appreciate that! Dr Ali was pleasant and professional as well. She too explained to me her findings and prescribed antibiotics to clear up the infection unlike my primary dentist.I will be returning and she will be treating my tooth. A very pleasant experience! Thank you!
