I’ve been going to Ideal Dental for over 5 years now. Everyone was extremely professional. Hilda greeted me soon as I walked through the door with great energy. She made sure I understood how the billing process would work before they started any procedures. Cristina and Dr. Khan handled my cleaning with care. They were very considerate of my time while on break from work. Also I appreciated their patience while educating me on a crown and fill that I needed done. -

My experience here was great as soon as I arrived I was attended by the ladies at the front desk with a smile. The visit wasnt bad at all about an hr. Cristina and Dr.Khan were so nice and answered every question I had. Made me feel well taken care of. Definitely going back and definitely recommend.

Love this office Karizma was able to get me in on the same day and she was so polite and empathetic!! Hilda, Esther and Suzy were super friendly and Dr. Khan was amazing during my extraction, she got me out of pain immediately! Definitely recomendable, found my new dental home!!!

I’ve waited a while to write this, just to be sure that everything associated with my visits remained positive in the long run…
My experience with this office began with waking up one morning and discovering that half of a back molar had split off down to just above the gumline (and I had swallowed the fragment in my sleep).
I hadn’t been to a dentist in a number of years so I needed to find a provider who accepted my insurance ASAP. Ideal Dental and Dr. Hoang worked me in very quickly and I had my temporary done in less than two days. My permanent crown came in a week and a half later and all is still good two months later. Staff was courteous and professional, I had none of the admin issues mentioned in other reviews. Will be back in a year for my checkup!

I had a broken tooth that needed attention. I called at about 10 and they got me in at 11. So kind to do that. Crown prep and temporary were in place in no time at all. Evon was so understanding as well as the Dentist with my situation of the past year. The care goes all the way from front desk to the chair. Hope I have the names right Evon and Doctor Hoang were outstanding.. Thanks all.

I hate going to the dentist (I can’t say I know anyone who actually enjoys it), but Ideal Dental makes it painless, in more ways than one. My schedule doesn’t allow for weekday visits so their Saturday hours are so convenient! The space isn’t intimidating, everyone is super friendly, and I will keep going here for all of my dental needs! Can’t say enough good things about Ideal Dental of Midway Crossing!!!

I normally don’t like going to the dentist, but I walked in and was greeted by all the employees and made me feel like I was in good hands. The assistant Mary made feel very comfortable and the dentist was awesome and I will be going back for sure anytime I need dental work.

Kaylynn initially worked with us, and then Ashley helped us design and select everything needed for our bathroom remodel. She and Alex pushed the carts around and loaded all the materials for us. At check out 2 men them loaded our purchases into our pickup! Great service with plenty of assistants throughout the store always asking to help.
