Had to get a new dentist due to insurance change. The staff was friendly and they verified everything before hand and asked my opinion and request for services. Also I appreciate the fact that the DDS had to perform my routine cleaning because one of the staff members was out. Shows a lot about his character and how he treats his staff/ practice.

This office is my absolute favorite. I’m in my mid-thirties and have been to several dentist offices throughout my life. This Ideal Dental actually cares about their patients. They listen to your concerns and take them into account when working on your teeth. My teeth are super sensitive to cold water and they have that in my file. They manually scrape my teeth, instead of using that drill machine (because I can’t do the cold water on my teeth from the machine). That in itself is why I will always go back.

I had my 6 month check up and cleaning today. My first time at Ideal. The ladies in the office made sure my insurance was good before I came in. When i got there the atmosphere was great. The office was super clean. The Doctor was great. Didn’t push me into anything but explained to me our future options. The hygienist was great too! Didn’t make me feel bad about my teeth. Actually told me all the good things i was doing. She was also gentle on my teeth. I’ll be back and would recommend this office!

Needing a dentist for an emergency the day after Christmas is not easy, not a lot of places were open or could get me in after chipping my tooth and they got me in the same day. Everyone was very friendly and informative and I’m definitely going to be making the switch from my previous dentist to here.

The dentist and all the assistants/hygienists are amazing at this office. The front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. They worked very hard to get us in for an emergency as fast as possible and the team did a great job with all the work my husband and I both needed. I am HIGHLY impressed with this practice. Not one person pressured us into unnecessary expenses, nor gave us any guilt for any teeth issues. They simply worked towards an affordable solution to get our mouths healthy. I love this office!

My wife referred to iDental, was good fast and affordable.
So after he checked on my concern of pressure/ear ache on right side. Popped off one long crown, covering 3 teeth. He made temporary crowns – three separate the way it was supposed to be done. This dentist is seriously good. Lovely staff & all smiling. -

I started going to Ideal Dental about a year ago. I had a cracked tooth and they had Saturday hours and fit me in without an appointment. Since then I had another tooth crowned and have had two cleaning appointments.
Everyone is very efficient and their fees are about half of my previous dentist. Highly recommend them. -

I can’t say enough great things about the experience I had. Not going to lie – I was super fearful. I’ve never had a root canal in my life and I suddenly needed two! Dr. Burdett was phenomenal. He communicated with me to let me know what was going on, what sensations I would feel and hear, and reassured me through the entire process. His assistant was extremely kind and attentive as well. The process was pretty painless and I’m on Day 2 and still feeling really good! My gums in that area look good, too! The facility is extremely nice and their equipment is top notch. I highly, highly recommend them!

She answered my question I’ve always ask what the piece of skin behind my front upper teeth!! Finally she told me Everyone has that little flap of skin. Dr. Brady and his staff is awesome. I had a root canal done there. I was able to go there early and get it done quicker than I thought. He did a solid job too. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 star is because. They maybe really good no doubt about that but I feel at times they aren’t reliable to even schedule an appointment. I don’t want to be forwarded to an ideal dental in San Marcos or shertz. This is your office you are there for a reason. But overall Dr Brady and staff are good.
