Alice was so patient and wonderful helping navigate a situation that was entirely a problem in the insurance side. Dr. Le was also wonderful. I had a great experience at ideal dental northlake! I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years (life happens), and I was pretty nervous at first, but the staff was really friendly, there was no wait. I was able to get all my x-rays, scans, and even a temporary crown all in the same visit. Dr. M was so kind, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable and safe. She even let me pick music to listen to, which really helped calm my nerves.

Great experience getting dental work done, I let them know that I have really bad dentist anxiety and they offered laughing gas to help ease the anxiety. we chatted about musicals and they put on Encanto in the background. Honestly one of the best dentist experiences I have had in a very long time!

Amazing staff from start to finish! Dr. Madera is awesome. She has brought my teeth back to health after I had a very bad experience with another Dr. At anther dental office. Pricing is very reasonable. Happy to find an office that really care about their patients and you don’t feel like you’re in a processing plant of androids!
