I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Nunez- she is simply exceptionaI. I have always struggled with dental anxiety and fear of procedures. However, my perspective completely changed after meeting Dr. Nunez at Ideal Dental. I needed root canal during holidays which I made an appointment at Ideal dental and from the moment I have met Dr. Nunez I knew I was in good hands.
Dr. Nunez’s kindness and welcoming personality immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout. What truly stood out to me was Dr. Nunez’s unwavering dedication to my well-being during the entire process – she constantly checked on me, prioritizing my comfort and ensuring that I felt no pain.
After my procedure during holidays, Dr. Nunez went above and beyond by personally reaching out to check on me and make sure I was doing okay. Her compassion, kindness, and attentiveness make her not just a great doctor but also a caring individual who goes above and beyond to help her patients.
Impressed by her exceptional care, I have recently moved my kids to Ideal Dental so they can also benefit from her expertise. While I am not one to leave reviews often, I cannot help but share my positive experience with Dr. Nunez. Great service, clean spaces. Everything checks out. The only opportunity is the wait times. About 30-40 mins from appointment time to “service” time. BUT, Mikaila did such a great job at guiding through the steps and engaging in conversation to help pass time and not feel like a long wait.

After searching around looking for various dentist office I came upon this one online, been turned down by all because of backup Medicaid doctors not being available except for this one. Called this office they accepted me right away and gave me a quick appointment. My first appointment got canceled because of Medicaid issues they immediately call me back the next week and said we’re going to fit you in. I was greeted by a very awesome receptionist then taken to the back right away. Upon going to the back the staff there were very professional caring and understanding about my teeth, the doctors were also very knowledgeable and professional about what I needed very caring at all times, I will definitely be recommending this dental office to everyone, and I will definitely be back great staff there great doctors.

We all know going to the dentist is not the most exciting thing to plan for. But the staff at Ideal Dental is beyond superb. Every single person I encountered was super sweet and helpful. The Dentist was kind, quick and efficient. They understand being there is uncomfortable, and do their best to get you in, and get you out quickly. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need.
