I called to schedule my new patient exam and cleaning with the dr.Montoya i was glad to know that she speaks Spanish. the lady Gg helped me over the phone she asked me for my insurance information and immediately gave me the answers I was looking for. Sadly to my surprise they didn’t take my guardian dmo insurance she said I could still come in and only pay $19 for a exam . Although I decided not to book she was very knowledgeable and helpful I was change my plan to guardian ppo next year to come in. Thank you for your help- Christoper I called around 11am ????

I started going to Ideal Dental after trying another dentist in frisco and was unhappy. After having the wonderful Naz as my dental hygienist and Dr Arcila as my dentist, I don’t think I’ll ever leave. Naz is the best hygienist I’ve ever been to. She loves her patients and is so thorough with the cleanings. Plus it helps that she’s incredibly sweet and easy going. My teeth always look amazing after. Dr. Arcila is wonderful. Shes very honest about any treatments and gives the patient options because she knows peoples financial circumstances are all different. There is zero pressure for anything. As long as the two of them never leave, I won’t either.

Been having a tooth pain for the last couple weeks and finally came to my appointment today at the other dental place that I was going to go to they ended up being too expensive no payment plan no type of any help whatsoever being that I’m self pay and I came here and not only do they have a very convenient payment plan discounted service that they provide but also got the tooth removed all in the same day! They’re awesome and worked with me on my income. Very satisfied!

My front crown fell out while I was eating breakfast this morning. My dental office closes at noon on Fridays. I called and left an emergency message and sent a text, but I knew they would probably not consider that an emergency. I was petrified at the thought of being without my left front tooth all weekend!!! Then I remembered the dental office where my crowns were originally done, Ideal Dental in Hickory Creek. Called them, spoke with a very nice, professional receptionist. Told her my dilemma and right away she was able to fit me in!!! Last minute, on a Friday!!! Went in everyone was very accommodating. The dentist was great, glued my tooth back in and I was good to go!! Ideal Dental saved the day!!! By the way, they’re open on Saturdays also!!!! Thank you, Ideal Dental!!!!!

Typically a dental appt for a cleaning, some chipped teeth getting corrected and some bond/glue left from hard wire retainers would have been a completely different outcome at any other dentist in Forney and I know because of my experiences. Doc was great.. Girl that did floss was very rough and fast doing it. Like she was in a hurry to leave. Paid $19 for fluoride and she just brushed teeth in a hurry and got my face dirty while doing it. Very un professional and inconsiderate.

I brought my two kiddos here to see Dr. Aguirre for their check up and cleaning. My oldest needed a filling and they were able to take care of it same day. This place has a lot of advanced technology and the staff is always very professional and courteous. However, there is someone different every time and they do not have a dental hygienist. The dentist does the cleaning and an assistant polishes. The problem with this is that the assistants, although very nice, do not know how to polish very well or even properly hold the handpiece. I am a dental hygienist myself, and every time I’m there, I feel like I need to teach the person how to do it, and my teeth don’t feel very smooth afterwards. You would think with the amount that they spent on technology, that they would invest in the appropriate personnel for the job. This would also free up the dentist for more lucrative procedures.
