I’m the anxiety to the max dentist goer ??♀️ Dr. Walker and staff are definitely amazing at getting me thru my appointments. They are pleasant, understanding, professional and do amazing work!. I had to have some teeth pulled- the partial that was made – you literally can not tell ! I would highly recommend this office to anyone but especially those nervous about going to the dentist!!!

Everyone was so kind and considerate.
Each person I met on their staff treated me like an old friend. The Dentist was very honest and didn’t push any unnecessary treatment s or repairs. They asked me what I wanted to get out of my visit with them. They accommodated my need to get what I chose to have done quickly and efficiently. They even worked with me on a payment plan that worked for my budget!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IDEAL DENTAL!

As someone who really dislikes the dentist, I am so impressed with how amazing this office, staff and dentist is. I decided to become a patient based on the good reviews and I’m not adding one. They didn’t ask me to and I don’t make reviews often. From the time I walk in to the time I leave, I genuinely feel cared for. Everyone explains everything very well, the go over insurance before treatment, and they answer any questions. Dr. Ton is amazing and I’m so glad we found this place. 🙂

I was very politely greeted at the door, walked through every step of the process by the assistant, was provided oral health information by the dentist thoroughly and efficiently, was given any extraneous costs that were not covered by insurance up front before they started doing anything (very reasonably priced if not covered), and had any questions answered with respect and great knowledge. 11/10 experience from all staff members and I will be going back! Thank you!

So I was having a tooth ache and my face was swollen and I was in pain . This is the 1st time I have been to this establishment since my normal Dentist just retired last month . So with no recommendation from friends or colleagues I looked for different places around San Marcos this popped up but I had to check to see if they would take my insurance and sure enough they did . I was able to get in and seen and x-rays done and the staff was super friendly

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. I had initially went to Aspen, which was terrible. Aspen ended up being more of a McDentist than anything along with much high costs and far less love. From the moment you walk into Ideal Dental, everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. From the young ladies upfront, to the hygienists and dentists themselves. Reception/Front Desk is always very cheery and seem to have a fantastic attitude! Wonderful to talk to. I had to go twice for a couple of cavities, both Dr. Ricky and Dr. John were absolutely fantastic. I left with my teeth looking and feeling great. Also, everyone is ridiculously attractive! Not in a weird way, just everyone there looks very healthy and fit. Seems like they all take great care of themselves and each other. Such an excellent way to run a team. Very inspirational.

We’ve always had amazing experiences here. The dentist and assistants are very nice and explain everything they are doing in plain English. The front of house staff are very nice, communicative around appointments and insurance, and flexible. They know all of their customers by face – as you’re walking up they’re already checking you in for your appointment and greet you by name. They work well with insurance providers and the out of pocket rates always seem fair.
