Dr. Dawson saves the day! I went to Ideal in crisis but I’m leaving renewed and restored. Just to put it in perspective I had a tooth that chipped, needed wisdom teeth removal and a root canal. He reassured me things weren’t as bad as they seemed and in the matter of a few weeks I’m feeling like new! His bedside manner, gentle touch and compassion made each visit easier. Last but definitely not least; the dental hygienist and assistants were so nice and professional. If you have any reservations or bad dental experiences put those to rest because Ideal is the best!

I was experiencing a dental emergency on Sat. and was able to be seen early Monday morning. (I called several other dentists who could see me in a month.) I arrived early and was seen almost immediately, they evaluated the problem, gave me options, listened to my concerns, and we made a plan to take care of the situation right then. They checked with my insurance and gave me the cost before they started. No surprises!
Dr Dawson made sure I was numb and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I was on my way home within a couple of hours.
I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and just being in a dentist office. Everyone at Ideal Dental was so kind and gentle and helped me feel safe and comfortable. -

I had an accident and needed immediate dental work and Ideal Dental was able to get me in the same day I called (a Saturday, which is very rare for dentists) and fixed me right up good as new. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and kind, I cannot recommend them enough!!

Yes, everyone is nice, just like the other reviews claim. They were going to charge me 50% of my crown although it is fully covered. So, they called my insurance and did not charge me after all. That was awesome! I previously was going to change offices due to the horrible smell that made me want to puke. However, it seems that it has been taken care of. However, I noticed a trend. When I would make an appointment, whether it be in person or by phone, it always seemed to change when they would send me a text confirmation. It’s always by 30 min prior to my appointment or after. I usually just blow it off but this time I called for an explanation. I was told that someone with the same first name was scheduled at my time and I was moved 30 minutes later. The staff was nice enough to move it back but she said it was only for cleaning and not my permanent crown. She scheduled me anyways and may call me back if that doesn’t work. I didn’t even get an apology. So, we’ll see what happens!

Today I met Dr. Castro for the first time. She took her time reviewing my images and assisting with the cleaning of my teeth. She was very professional and made me as a patient feel that the time I dedicate to my dental hygiene is not going to waste. Her exact words were, “She was very impressed with how clean I keep my teeth with braces and she’ll take her last patient of the day as the easiest”. I walked out of my appointment all smiles!

I have always had BAD experiences with all the dental places I have tried throughout my life. So having to go through this all over again because I had a really bad toothache brought on so much anxiety and emotions. Of course I was in so much pain I really had no choice but I am extremely happy and blessed that I can now say that I found my safe place. Everyone there made me feel so welcomed and not embarrassed from making my appointment to arriving and sitting in the chair! ❤️ I explained all the problems, anxiety, emotions and embarrassment that I have had with my teeth and yet they all made all of those worries go away and reassured me that I was in great hands and that we were going to tackle this together!!!!! I have a long road ahead but for once I am actually excited to start this new journey to a better smile all thanks to them!!!!!

As it turns out, I have some work to be done ahead of me. (Don’t judge. I know some of you are in the same boat. ?) The staff here is amazing and super friendly!
