I do not like going to the dentist in general. I go occasionally for teeth cleanings (not as often as I should) and have never really found a place I would go back to until I visited this office. I was having pain and I was able to be seen short notice on a weekend. The dentist was super friendly. After looking at X-rays and examining he explained what was wrong and how he could fix it. He was able to fix my tooth the same day. He also noticed another area that could cause future issues. I feel so much better now and will be back! So thankful for the dentist and his staff.

I’ve been coming here to see Dr.Zerby for a few years now, and I absolutely love him!! Me being an anxiety ridden dental patient I am very VERY picky and needy when it comes to my care. Dr. Zerby is always so patient with my needs, the office staff is so kind and always willing to work with you and your specific requests/needs. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zerby and his staff.

Ideal Dental on Hedgecoxe and Ohio has always demonstrated great customer service and professionalism. The waiting room was a little crowded today 1/16/23 @ 1000am but things went fast and the waiting area was smelt great and the seats were very comfortable.

I’ve never been treated so kindly by any dental office. The doctor explained everything he was doing every step of the way. They worked to get me in right away for treatment (same day) and then my son had a similar experience. They don’t always have time to squeeze you in but if they can, they will. I appreciate them so much!

I called to schedule my new patient exam and cleaning with the dr.Montoya i was glad to know that she speaks Spanish. the lady Gg helped me over the phone she asked me for my insurance information and immediately gave me the answers I was looking for. Sadly to my surprise they didn’t take my guardian dmo insurance she said I could still come in and only pay $19 for a exam . Although I decided not to book she was very knowledgeable and helpful I was change my plan to guardian ppo next year to come in. Thank you for your help- Christoper I called around 11am ????

Great service quick check in and seating in chair. I was stuck in traffic and called them and they waited. Grate 15 minute grace period. Even after grace period expired they got me in. Office is clean and modern. The dental assistant was friendly and made me comfortable. The dentist saw me quickly and had me issue identified pretty quickly. They offered a treatment plan and for having to wait 5 extra minutes for surgeons availability they waived my exam fee!! If recommend them this far. I’ll give another review or modify after treatment. So far they’ve aced it.
