Love this location! They accommodated me with a Saturday appointment and when I got there took me in right away. Brittany took all the imaging scans and assisted the dentist with my cleaning. She was such a pleasure and very informative every step of the way. My entire appointment was a smooth process, I am beyond happy with their level of service.

Finding the right dentist can be very costly and difficult. I can’t speak for all the ideal image locations but I truly enjoy going to this location. I feel like they actually care about their patients and the services are reasonably priced.

It’s a great facility, the prices are reasonable, the Dr. was great! The only drawback I have is that they should give prices before they do any work even if it’s having to pay for X-rays.

The staff is great and friendly. Front office was awesome from beginning to end Mrs Virginia is always pleasant when checking in and Mrs Natalia went over my bill and made sure I understood. Mrs Brittany made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on.

I Could not be more grateful, happy with my dental services that I received today a Ideal Dental in Richmond Texas. Dr. Brittany Walker was very professional , and knowledgeable when came to explaining what I needed for my oral treatment. She was very gentle and caring.There equipment was very advance. The staff Kevron who is regional was there to assist. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. he took time out to explain what they were going to be doing. Brittany the lead dental assistant, Norieda, Nataila were all awesome. I will definitely be coming back to this office. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends. Excellent team!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff are extremely professional, patient, caring and thorough. From the moment I walked in, I was greatly warmly by everyone I encountered. During my visits the dentist and all of the techs explained everything to me. The one thing that stood out to me was the warranty on my dental work! This is the first I’ve ever heard of such.

It’s so hard when you move to a place you’ve never been to find what you need. I moved 1000 miles away from my hometown and have no family here whatsoever. Looking for a dentist, primary doctors and eye doctors are really important to me. I’m all about my hygienes and my children hygiene’s as well. So after almost a year, I found this particular dentist and the staff is so amazing. So friendly, hospitable and professional. It was clean and not crowded. In and out. I don’t like being at any appointment waiting because they over booked. Not here! Your appointment is your appointment and the wait time maybe five minutes and you are called. This is the place I would recommend for dental care.

Dr. K is a great dentist. She listens carefully and does fine work. I’ve had a cap and fillings done there with success. Just like any medical process you have to make sure you know what your paying for and how much it is before accepting services. I also use 1Dental 500 series Careington plan for consistent discount pricing.
