I rarely take the time to write a review, but the hygienist was exceptional this time and did a very thorough cleaning. Quality cleanings are hit and miss, but this visit was truly ideal because of her attention to detail and competence. I was questioning coming back but this visit confirmed the quality of staff at this location.

This is the most welcoming dental office I have ever been to. The staff work so well with each other and they treat the patients like everyone should. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really appreciated the consideration I received. Everyone is always so fly, and they won what is best for you and your teeth, but they really went above and beyond when I was putting on those sunglasses to protect your eyes from the light. As I put them on they squished my lash extensions into my eye and I flinched. Immediately, the doctor asked me what was wrong, I just let knew my lashes are a bit big but it’s okay, and, even though she didn’t have to, she grabbed a cotton ground and put it in the middle of the glasses so my lashes wouldn’t be damaged. I know it’s something small but when you pay $130 for your lashes to be done every month it’s really appreciated.

The dentist does great work and is very attentive. She takes the time to explain everything that is being done or possibly might be done in the future in great detail. She also takes time out of her busy schedule to get to know you. The supporting staff is equally as wonderful and helpful!

This was my first visit to Ideal Dental in Rockwall after moving.
The people were very nice and Dr. Watson did a great job on a chipped tooth & a cavity.
The only negative was the waiting. My appointment was at 9am & I was there until 11:15 am.
I did schedule a follow up. -

After a mixed to negative experience at Lavon Dental. My 2nd choice on my list of 3 is Ideal Dental.
Every lady here is chill and down to earth to talk to. Even the doctor herself. Everyone is so sweet considering we’re at it dentist that’s a little ironic to say but they made me feel less anxious and zero frustrated when it came to my dental insurance problem I had at Lavon Dental only.
Very in depth care. They kept me for around 2 or 3 hours to ensure a treatment plan.
Something Lavon never did either. Or any other dentist I’ve ever seen really. It’s a trait unique to them so far.
Overall very comfortable and ease of communication. Coolest chicks you’ll find in dentistry profession.

Ideal Dental of Rockwall was a pleasant surprise. Every employee was extremely nice and I was checked on all throughout my visit. I’ve been with the same dentist in Dallas for 25 years, but he sold his business and retired. I was very hesitant to change, but I need a dentist close to home. My husband used Ideal first and have a good experience. So I gave it a shot. I needed two fillings replaced, and they were very gentle with me and did a great job.

Treated well. People were nice and likable. There was some wait at times. But the computer system was having issues (due to the new year?) Maybe that had something to do with it. But on the other hand, they saw what was needed and heard what I wanted. Then they did all of it that same day, which is what I wanted.

Had a great experience. Tech assistant and dentist were very polite and nice while I was doing a cleaning. They made sure to have me raise my hand if I had any discomfort. I never did though. But, I recommend this location for others looking for a dentist and place full of people who are welcoming when coming to get work done on their teeth. ?

I came in with a toothache and they accommodated me quickly. It ended up being a root canal and they took me through it very professionally. Each person was friendly and seemed to really care about my situation. My only complaint was I had to wait because I wasn’t scheduled for the procedure.
