They were great! I had recently been to a different dentist, had been checked, and was told only a couple things needed to be done but they wouldn’t complete the treatment soon. Then I came here for a second opinion and there was so much the other dentist missed. Ideal gave me the most comprehensive exam I have ever had by a dentist and was able to complete a lot of my stuff the same day. All the staff was so nice and welcoming. Just found my new dentist. I highly recommend them.

Just went to the dentist for the first time in about 8 years. Mainly because I have horrible anxiety from a bad dental experience. I came here and the staff was great. The hygienist was super sweet and gentle. I had to have two teeth extracted, which is not fun. But the dentist, forgot his name ? was awesome. He told me everything he was doing and why, before he did it. Very important! He made sure I was as comfortable as I could be, in that situation. He was actually very pretty also. So that helped. Very clean office and great staff. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Best dental facility I’ve been to since I moved to San Antonio/Schertz area. Kind and friendly staff. Comfortable process of everything. Easy checkout. Knowledgeable doctor. Would recommend to anyone! Free whitening for all patients ! I was in and out for my first visit in less than an hour.

The whole staff is amazing! I’ve had the same dentist for 37 years and recently had to find a new dentist for my son and I. Jane at the front desk is warm and friendly. Cynthia, the dental assistant, was amazingly personable with my son. Their technology that they use is very high tech and cutting edge. The dentist ( sorry I’m bad with names. We’ll call him “Dr. C” ) was very likeable and made my 14 year old son feel at ease. I cannot stop raving about them. 100 star review!!!!

All of the staff was amazingly friendly and welcoming. My family has only been in the area for about three years and we visited four other dentists prior to covid and weren’t happy. The Doctor here was very gentle, really listened to my needs and explained things very thoroughly. As a high anxiety patient, I felt really comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I needed a new dentist, the reviews really helped me to choose. I have not gotten all my work done yet. From the moment I walked all staff were super nice . They didn’t give me a lecture, that’s the whole reason why I was there. I am really a big baby and honestly do not like going.
The Doctor was sweet and understanding, I go back in for more work.
I am happy I was able to find this office so much that when I am done, my daughter will be getting braces there as well. -
