Dr. Rene went out of his way to treat me. I have a lot of damage from chemo and radiation. He knew I had anxiety but he was so calm and most of all confident that he could help finalize the work I need done.
I have a lot of work that has to be done. I started with one dentist and they ran out of nitrogen. I asked Dr Rene if he had time to do the last crown on the right side. They hooked me up to nitrogen, I never felt the shots and prepped the crown. Dr Rene knows my teeth have shifted so I also got the special for invisiline. Could not be more happy with the customer service.

I just had the best time at the dentist!! They got me in and out during my conference period and were just so pleasant to be around! As a science teacher I loved all the latest technology they had like a 5D scanner that imaged my entire mouth. Dr. Aguirre also talked to me about oral cancer screening and how I can connect it to the electron transport chain with my students!!

I drive all the way from Richardson to this Southlake location because everyone here is best I have seen in a long time. It is already hard to make a dental visit. It is much easier when you deal with personnel who make you feel welcome, a dentist who is very knowledgeable, professional, and doesn’t cut corners. He rather be safe than sorry. His assistants are literally the best EVER! I have anxiety and a really bad gag reflex. I’m a hard patient because of it. This place makes me feel at ease. If you are someone who has such a hard time going to the dentist, I would highly recommend Ideal Dental in Southlake. Dr Aguirre is awesome. He is very patient, explains thoroughly and very good at what he does. I get the feeling everyone here likes their job. They all have great attitudes. This has been my experience ever.

I brought my two kiddos here to see Dr. Aguirre for their check up and cleaning. My oldest needed a filling and they were able to take care of it same day. She usually has very bad dental anxiety, but they made her feel so comfortable! They were also very quick and efficient. Happy staff & clean office. We will be back!

Everyone was nice and welcoming. I’m absolutely terrified of needles and have had bad experiences before at a different dentist but the dentists here works quickly, efficiently and they make sure you’re always feeling fine. Little to no waiting time and will definitely keep getting treatment here 🙂

Royale, Dr. Aguirre, Zhona, and Janet are the best! Everything was made so simple from the electronic forms to the treatment. Dr Aguirre has a super steady hand I didn’t even feel the injection for my filling! Janet and Zhona are wonderful and the entire team makes you feel at home!

I am so grateful to have found this little gem of a place. Dr. Aguirre and his staff offer great customer service and will do what it takes to make sure their patients leave with an even brighter smile than before. His assistant Zhona, where do I begin? She is an absolute doll filled with positive energy. I honestly never enjoyed going to the dentist until I found this place. With all the fun and laughter I experience, I will continue to make the drive from Dallas as they are all worth it! Give them a chance and you too can have all the fun and giggles with Zhona, Dr. Aguirre and Royale. Oh and don’t forget, they do offer teeth whitening 😉

I am so thankful I found this office! I had some dental needs that needed taken care of asap
Dr. Renee Aguirre got me in on the day I requested and I had same day service.
The staff is helpful and educational. And helped me make the best decision for my dental repair. Everyone was super nice. And Assistant Zhona took great care of me. They made sure I was comfortable and was very communicative.
