The hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough in their explanations of what they were doing and what needed to be done. The front desk staff is also very thorough in explaining costs and insurance and appeasing hectic schedules. And all staff are remarkably friendly and polite! The dentist office can sometimes be a stressful experience but everyone at this location is exceptionally patient and kind.

I appreciate that they tell you how much your bill will be before they do the work, and if the insurance will cover the work you are getting done. So you are able to make informed decisions. Likewise you are not left with big bills you can’t pay.

After searching around looking for various dentist office I came upon this one online, been turned down by all because of backup Medicaid doctors not being available except for this one. Called this office they accepted me right away and gave me a quick appointment. My first appointment got canceled because of Medicaid issues they immediately call me back the next week and said we’re going to fit you in. I was greeted by a very awesome receptionist then taken to the back right away. Upon going to the back the staff there were very professional caring and understanding about my teeth, the doctors were also very knowledgeable and professional about what I needed very caring at all times, I will definitely be recommending this dental office to everyone, and I will definitely be back great staff there great doctors.

Just had my cleaning at Ideal Dental. They are so accommodating and considerate. I came in with a little bit of anxiety from my last visit (cavity fill-in). Tywana did a great job assuring me and showing me everything that she was doing. Vanessa and Erica were great as well. It’s a little nerve racking going to a new dentist because you don’t know what to expect. I would recommend Ideal Dental for your dental needs 🙂

Really enjoyed my experience. Tywana the dental Hygienist was extremely intellectual in her approach, she took her time and not only checked on my teeth, but cleaned them thoroughly. Most of her task were performed by her, ex-rays and such. I met the entire office staff and they were kind.
April is my next visit, excited about teeth cleaning is new, but Delta Dental staff have created a new dental dignitary.

I had some dental work that needed to be taken care of because I started my new job on Monday. When I got there, I had Seta and Taj doing the pre-visit paperwork followed by Kishma doing the pre-dental work.
Dr. Jou worked hard after hours! She did a wonderful job and I have a beautiful smile once again!!
This ideal dental has my two thumbs up and a five stars review.

New patient here. Just moved to the area. I had a great visit. Dr. Joy, Tywana RDH, Krishma DA II, and Seta and June in the Front Office took great care of me. Doc and techs paid close attention to my medical issues before doing any work and explained everything to me in laymen’s terms so I would have no questions when I was done.

I love this place! The establishment is nice and clean… the staff from the front desk to the back …. Is wonderful! It had been many years of returning to the dentist for me due to a bad experience. Dr Jou has been the best ever… she talk you through everything as she is working on your mouth. She ask multiple times it you are ok. She never leave me displeased with her work as I have had extractions root canals crowns and fillings. Nicole and kieshma are so sweet and extremely knowledgeable and open and honest. My whole family goes here and I would not have it any other way

My experience with Ideal Dental has been phenomenal! Being a first time patient and not a fan of going to the dentist, I found the staff and Dr at Ideal Dental super friendly and accommodating and very professional in their delivery of the good and bad news and the procedures themselves. My wife initially found them and now all of our family comes here! They’ve made my “fear” of dentists pretty much go away and I look forward to coming back to keep my teeth up!

Today I went to the dentist. I had not been in awhile. I moved to the Stone Oak area and needed to find a place. I chose Ideal Dental Stone Oak. The entire staff were so nice. Eslaly was first to take care of me; she did my x-rays and scans. Eslaly was so nice and professional, she made me feel comfortable. Doctor Leena Shah was professional and knowledgeable regarding a plan to get my mouth healthy as can be. I give God glory for the entire staff. Praise the Lord!
