My experience with Ideal Dental has been phenomenal! Being a first time patient and not a fan of going to the dentist, I found the staff and Dr at Ideal Dental super friendly and accommodating and very professional in their delivery of the good and bad news and the procedures themselves. My wife initially found them and now all of our family comes here! They’ve made my “fear” of dentists pretty much go away and I look forward to coming back to keep my teeth up!

Today I went to the dentist. I had not been in awhile. I moved to the Stone Oak area and needed to find a place. I chose Ideal Dental Stone Oak. The entire staff were so nice. Eslaly was first to take care of me; she did my x-rays and scans. Eslaly was so nice and professional, she made me feel comfortable. Doctor Leena Shah was professional and knowledgeable regarding a plan to get my mouth healthy as can be. I give God glory for the entire staff. Praise the Lord!

I called Monday morning because I was experiencing pain throughout the weekend. The staff took me in immediately and scheduled me for surgery the following day. I was in so much pain and so nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed. However the staff, dentist, and oral surgeon were extremely nice and comforting throughout the entire process, they even held my hand throughout the surgery. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Great experience. The staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. Brenda and Dr. Shah were so understanding and patient. I’ve always had bad experiences at the dentist which made me very hesitant to go, but I will be scheduling all future appointments here. This place has a lot of advanced technology and the staff is always very professional and courteous. However, there is someone different every time and they do not have a dental hygienist. The dentist does the cleaning and an assistant polishes. The problem with this is that the assistants, although very nice, do not know how to polish very well or even properly hold the handpiece. I am a dental hygienist myself, and every time I’m there, I feel like I need to teach the person how to do it, and my teeth don’t feel very smooth afterwards. You would think with the amount that they spent on technology, that they would invest in the appropriate personnel for the job. This would also free up the dentist for more lucrative procedures.
