Always a very professional and kind Dental staff. Maria is a fantastic hygienist and you can tell she enjoys her job and goes out of her way to explain and give you advice on caring for your teeth, she makes you feel comfortable when being in the Dentist office is very stressful.

Dr. E and the staff at Ideal Dental have been amazing to me since I became a patient here over 6 months ago. Every visit I feel so comfortable in their care. Special thank you to Carina and Diamond as well who have been great assistants and gave me the care and attention that allows me to remain at ease. The office is bright and clean and they always play the best music! I’m so glad I found this place and I really appreciate all the great work everyone has done.

These guys were wonderful. We were in town from Florida for a family emergency when two of my husband’s teeth needed to be extracted in an emergency situation. Not only did they fit Us in on a Saturday when they were busy, but they were able to do the extractions and treat my husband accordingly. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help us in our emergency.

My daughter had an appointment today with Julie and Dr. Aviv and it was a great experience all around! They were very kind and bubbly with her and talked to her about anything they were doing beforehand. Office staff is all polite and the building is extremely clean. We were in and out quickly and will definitely be coming here as our go-to for future appointments! In the words of my 4 year old: “they were nice, I liked it there”! 🙂

My family and I went to to dentist today,and all the staff were exceptional. Starting from the receptionist all the way in. But I want to specifically say thank you to Ms. Larissa she took absolutely the care of my son, my wife and myself. We’ve been having problems with my son and getting his teeth cleaned. However Ms. Larissa have that special touch and calmness towards kids. We really love and appreciate what she did for us and will definitely go back just because of her.

My 9 years old son had a good experience.Larrissa did an excellent job calming him.He has a terrible fear of the dentist however today he was so relaxed and enjoying conversation with Larrissa the dental Hygenist.Shes amazing with children .She did an excellent job cleaning his teeth.The ladies that did his xray were so patient and use there expertise and skills to create a comfortable proccess.This experience changed Jerameels P.O.V of the dentists changed and he said Mommy they were kind and patient.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My husband, my son, and I all had our first appointments with the Hope Mills location this week. The office was well staffed with proactive, caring employees. This seems rare these days. A team of 3-4 people worked with each of us in securing the x-rays, checking gum health, the cleaning and the visit from the dentist. We are very satisfied with the level care received and the attention we were given. It was a refreshing experience!

I had to get my cavities filled and Dr. E made sure that I wasn’t in pain by asking me every step of the procedure. He also took time to make sure everything was alright after the treatment. Dr. E, Linda, and the front desk’s friendly and upbeat personality is greatly appreciated. Also want to thank Tanya for finding me a canceled slot so i could come in sooner. Highly recommend this place!

I switched my son dental care to ideal due to never being able to get an appointment at his previous office. Ideal dental took in my son no problem. I no longer have to wait pass the 6 months mark just for a cleaning. They also noticed that he needs braces which never was noticed at his previous dental office which is very concerning since he been in their care for 10 years. So glad I choose Ideal dental.

I had a dental emergency during Easter weekend that caused a lot of pain. Monday morning I was able to contact the office and was told I could be seen as a walk in. The office was very busy with scheduled appointments, however the staff was very pleasant and helpful to accommodate me as quickly as possible. Dr Aviv was wonderful listening to my concerns, evaluating the situation and discussing a plan to correct the problem. She contacted me the next morning to check on me after procedure. Two days later I was feeling anxious about my pain from the procedure. Dr Aviv did not hesitate examining me and thoroughly discussing what I should expect in the following days of healing. I feel comfortable that my dental care was handled professionally and with tremendous care. I highly recommend Dr Aviv and her staff.

This was my second visit. My 1st visit was great other than the very rude aide. My 2nd visit was so much better! My aide CAITLYN made it so much better! Not only was she very informing as to what she was doin but her and the doc put me completely at ease!

They both made sure I was ok by checking on me often. My tooth looks amazing I’m behind satisfied with my results. I will not let anyone touch my teeth except Dr Jackson

This dental practice was exceptional. They delivered excellent pediatric care for my daughter, accommodating us as walk-ins for an emergency dental visit. Despite a slightly longer wait than anticipated, I didn’t mind because the service was worth it. Dr. Aviv and her team displayed utmost professionalism and a caring bedside manner. Dr. Aviv even personally followed up later in the evening to ensure my daughter’s toothache had subsided, and the staff called the next morning to check in as well. Overall, this is an outstanding, friendly, and highly professional dental office that I wholeheartedly recommend.

Ideal Dental at Kessler Park is the true definition of a stellar customer service experience. Upon walking in I was greeted by Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Amber with a very welcoming Good Morning greeting. I’ve been to other dental clinics, like Mint,Jefferson Dental, White Rock Dental and I can confidently say I will not go back to those dental clinics. Their whole domineer and mannerisms were not up to par of how a customer service person should behave or respond. Mrs. Terry and Mrs. Amber were stellar and really like what they do, they care for their patients to make sure they come back and always experience they same type of care and treatment every single time. Upon going to the back for my X-rays Mrs. Alma and her student took extreme care of me and made sure I was comfortable with the machines in my mouth. Dr. Sport who did my cleaning and fillings was a stellar person as well, he made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had in regard to the work being done. I was treated with the upper most respect and I felt great inside to be at that specific Ideal Dental. I will come back in six months for my cleaning and mouth guard. Ideal Dental at Kessler Park will be my dental clinic moving forward. Ten out of ten I would highly recommend. Thank you Ideal Dental at Kessler Park.
