I loveee this location! I’ve been to two and this is my favorite! Amber came back and checked on my daughter and gave her a blanket to feel more relaxed. The doctor was great he explained things in detail for my daughter! The assistant Whitney was very bubbly and helpful with all questions my daughter had! They all made my daughter less anxious and excited about the dentist!

Ideal was able to help me twice with emergencies. The first I had a crown come off at 3:30 pm on a Friday. And I was leaving for 2 weeks that Sunday. I went into the office at 4:30 pm on a Friday, and they were able to do a quick assessment for me. And then 2 weeks later another crown fell off. And my regular dentist was closed for the week. I was able to find an appointment 2 days later, and they put the crown temporarily back in, until I could get to my regular dentist. They were able to quickly work with and get billing to insurance as well. As for these 2 visits, I really appreciated the dentist & team helping me.

I am a first-timer here as of yesterday and had a great experience my first visit. The staff was very polite, professional, and efficient throughout the whole process. Korrine, the hygienist was very friendly and calmed any nerves that I had. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. The treatment plan issued was fair, straight-forward and affordable to the point that it was so obvious that they will not try to swindle any patient, and that they truly care about their patients’ needs. If I could give a thousand stars I would!

Honestly, I picked Ideal Dental solely based off of reviews. I had to stop going to my other dental place due to their day and time changes. Since ID had almost a 5-star rating especially by first time customers, I thought I’d give it a shot – so I did. I am SO glad I took a chance with this place – they are AWESOME!!! I’ve never felt so comfortable anywhere else and in all the years that I’ve been going to several dental places, not one of them has ever explained things for me via visual images, nor explained what is actually going on with my teeth. They would just literally do what I wanted them to do and that’s it. The staff here, whether it’s the front end or the dental team in the back were super friendly and very helpful with everything and made me feel like I mattered. Dr. Medina and the young black lady that assisted her today (I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch her name) were so accommodating and genuine – and they both did such a phenomenal job!!! They were explaining what they were doing and what to expect throughout the whole cleaning. I have never been happier and my teeth look great!!! Kudos to Ideal Dental and I hope you guys stay around forever – you guys have me as a customer for life!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down best dentist experience I have ever had something that started out very scary for me ended up being a breeze! The doctor and an assistant named diamond are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Diamond girl if you see this ima buy you a drink! Mya and Dr. Jackson were pleasant, great listeners and didn’t waste time to meet my need. The women at the front desk have a great costumer service. The bathrooms could be better with the upkeep but my hope is they will work on that. I’ll be back.
