Great experience starting with the receptionists!! X-ray tech was friendly and explained what was going on. Dental tech was great along with the dentist. Look forward to returning for follow up work.

The staff here is amazing. I’m terrified of dentists, and the staff was very reassuring and promised this experience would be different. Y’all they kept all their promises!! It took longer to get numbed than it took the dentist to do my procedure, and he chatted with me and made sure I wasn’t having any breakthrough pain during the procedure. I finally found a dentist office who cares about me and listens without being dismissive or demeaning!

The new hygienist Janet was amazing she explained everything throughout the exam and was very sweet and patient .The new Dentist Dr E seems nice too. Over all was one of the more pleasant trips to the dentist I’ve had.

After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chung’s dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.

Went in for cleaning after NOT being at a dentist office in two years. Got full set of x-rays, doctor visit and exam followed by a deep root cleaning. Numbing cream and numbing injections made deep root cleaning as pain free as possible. DrChung did the cleaning herself which is the first time a doctor did the actual cleaning herself instead of a hygienist. DrChung is the best, always asking if I were ok and went into detail about everything. She also answered ALL of my questions.

I was just at the office. The staff was amazing. From checking in to the xray tech, the dentist, the hygienist and Nancy the manager. They all explained very well everything they were going to be doing during my exam and cleaning. They recommended I get a cancer screening. Not expensive and very good in the long run.
They scheduled my next cleaning, and some treatment that I need. Schedule is very flexible for us that work.

I was seen by Dr. Nicholson, who is very personable. He quickly assessed my teeth and cleaned them without the usual pain I had felt in the past, it was quick and painless. His DA, was extremely nice. I actually enjoyed my visit with Ideal Dental.

I recently move to the Dallas area from Austin. My daughter recommended Ideal Dental. I am so glad that she did! The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Today Dr. Uma prepared two teeth for crowns. She and her assistant were fabulous. The office is well appointed and appears to have state of the art equipement. 5 stars in all areas!
